Best Electrical Panel Repair in Columbus OH

Excellent work.  Showed up on time and completed the project quickly and efficiently while  observing covid precautions.

We had contacted Big City Electric in March of this year for an EV charger for our Tesla. David and his team were prompt to come and quote the work and we decided to move forward with him being very reasonably priced. The worked performed was timely and minus a small issue of the outlet being installed upside down (which was fixed after the same day), no complaints.

Fast forward to December of this year, I noticed the charging had stopped working for the Tesla. I opened the breaker box to find that the breaker had tripped and that there was burning plastic smell accompanied by a warm temperature from the specific breaker. I had immediately reached out to David and his team since the statement of work states a one year warranty on all parts and service. I have contacted Big City Electric multiple times through email and voicemail (no one picking up calls) over a two week span with no luck. Are they still in business?

Now my family and I are stuck without an EV charger during the holiday weeks. I understand breakers are faulty and some products do malfunction, but to not communicate or respond back for weeks is tough.

Update: 1/4 - Still no call from Big City or answer after multiple attempts. Just went ahead and had another electrician come out to fix the issue. We found that the work was not performed to code and that a different breaker brand was used than what the panel was causing the breaker to not sit properly, therefore causing possible heat damage to the panel that may require an entire new panel. Very disappointed as this could have caused major damage to the house if it did not already cause a couple thousand dollars to replace the panel.

Nathan was amazing at helping us with our electrical problems.  When our electricity started having issues Nathan came right out even though it was late at night to make sure our house was safe instead of waiting until the next morning.  He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about troubleshooting and repairing our older electrical box and main power line.

Damon was so nice to come out on a holiday and replace an outlet that was damaged.  Super professional and knowledgeable.  He was able to come out the same day- you can't ask for any better response time.  Such a great person to work with.  We look forward to getting more electrical projects handled by Damon in the future!  Damon, we cannot thank you enough!!!!

After having a couple of bad outlets, I was frustrated and thought this is it, I'm going to spend some money to get it fixed. So, after less than a half hour, you got a bad GFCI, he says. He gave me a quote on the spot. Maybe I was just lucky but Jason not only saved me a lot of money (according to friends based on the price), he gave me knowledge bombs on how it works!
Good and honest electricians are hard to come by and it's nice to know we have one in the area (especially for people like me who rely on others to fix things).

Had them come out to fix an issue with a potential short. They came out made a mess and did not clean up after they said they were finished. The ceiling fan they took apart was not installed properly.  Basically I need to have someone else come out to fix efficient electric's mistakes.

It is always critical to have a utility repair person/company that you can have confidence in. Property -Tech Industries is that company for me. This the second time for me to use this outstanding electric repair company.  Today I had the pleasure of having John take care of my electrical issues. John was at my residence exactly when he said he would be. I received a few estimate a few days ago and this company is more than fair with their estimate. John is very knowledgeable and explains all of the work to be completed as well as performing a walk through afterwards to ensure your satisfaction. BEWARE! charged for sending interns in a program and not an electrician.  The original appointment time was right after lunch, and 3 different  names were sent as technician names before showing up at 3pm after I initiated correspondence to find appointment time.  Those 2 young men had no clue and tested one plug for $25. They are a joke

I called them several times to to tell them my faucet was vary loose n moved in n out n left to right. They kept telling me they would call me back and never did. I would NOT recommend them to anyone

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy
