Chad and Jason did an excellent job with mounting our television, installing a light in my daughter's closet, and troubleshooting and fixing a light switch in our foyer. We highly recommend Tri-City Electric, and will use them again!

Some areas of my new home required additional interior and exterior lighting. Daniel had to navigate through the cramped attic and insulation to install outside motion lights, and to hang a light over the kitchen island.  In addition, he installed under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen.  Daniel arrived promptly and stayed late to complete the work, while keeping to his original quote which was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have Daniel return to do additional work.

Roger with Jim Electric did a great job installing the outlets I needed for my salon. He understood the urgency of the project and worked hard to get what I needed done before my deadline. Everything works as it should and I am very happy with the value of the work he done.

Reached out to this company several times by website and phone. Finally received a response when I sent a text. I happy sent repairs needed and home address to be told I was outside of their service area. Website should not say they service in and around Charlotte if they only service Mint Hill and Matthews. Poor advertising and poor timing in responding to inquiries.

We needed an outlet installed in our ceiling in order to mount a projector. I figured I could handle it myself, but as I kept thinking about all the ways I could get it wrong I figured I'd contact a professional.

Our Tech, Allen was great, he called earlier in the day to let me know he was ahead of schedule. Once he arrived he was able to give me an estimate in about 5 minutes and started on the project about 10 minutes later. About halfway through, he realized it wouldn't take him as long as originally planned and adjusted the price accordingly.

After the project was done he explained everything to me and even vacuumed up after himself.

They do the landscape for the Lennar homes in Waxhaw. Drive through the neighborhood. Take a look at the lawns. Wonder why they all look horrible? Beacuse this landscaper seems to think you can plant over bricks and many other variants of construction debris and the plants will grow.

They improperly dig holes, throwing plants in without correctly backfilling. And their way of covering up the whole mess is to cover everything in pine straw. This is my 10th new home and  the construction debris that this landscaper decided wasn't their problem is outrageous.
