I needed information about electric issues on a home repair project.  I spoke to Igor, who was extremely helpful! He asked me various questions to gather the information he needed, and provided me with detailed input about what they would need to do for the electrical work.  He gave outstanding customer service!

Absolutely loved the response time and professionalism and expertise offered by Merv Electric.  Used their webform and got a text the next business day and Alex was out later that day and fixed the issue immediately.  Needed to separate a switch that had the front porch lights and interior entry way light on the same switch.  Plus checking another light switch for us.  Courteous, professional and quick.  Highly recommend.

This is a scam, plain and simple.

1) Superficial work to get more money out of you, adding false sense of urgency
2) Will ask for cash
3) Hires day laborers from home depot
4) What even is his name? You'll get conflicting information. Probably none of them are real.
5) Makes excuses for everything
6) Constant mind games

I contacted these folks (via yelp) on 5/15 about a new property that had a few pings on the inspection report. They responded almost immediately and set a time to call me to chat through the projects the following week. Got them out to the place, they did a bid on the spot, told me a bit about the company. While we ended up not doing the work for a few reasons I'd recommend these guys for sure.

Kemly Electric is the best electrical service I have ever worked with.  The office staff and the technicians are top notch.  The communication between the office and the technicians is efficient.  Michelle, the scheduler, was very understanding and worked some magic to solve my timing issue so the house would have heat.  The electrician, Robert, was willing and able to step up to the scheduling challenge.  He had completed a job early and he was in the area, so he swung by.  He provided a temporary fix so the furnace would work until the crew was available.  The next day, there was an unexpected cancellation; and the crew completed the job 10 days earlier than scheduled!  The entire staff goes above and beyond.  They figure out a way to get it done happily!

I met the owner and his staff during a recent trip to WAA and he helped my brothers fix an AC problem for a mid-rise building (central) by Dash Point, and worked on another property held by them near Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium / Rustony Area.  Highly Recommended

My thermostat for my base board heaters suddenly stopped working just as it started getting cold.  I pulled off the thermostat to find that many of the wires behind the wall had been burnt.  I called Steve on a sunday around 3pm and told him the situation.  He said that he's definitely seen this happen before and was able to fix it.  He asked when I wanted him to come out and I told him ASAP.  He told me that he had a few stops before mine but could swing by around 5 pm.  He was a bit late but communicated this to me beforehand so I wasn't sitting around wondering where he was.  

Once he showed up, he took one look and said that he was able to salvage the wiring.  He cleaned it up and installed a new digital thermostat in about half an hour.  He even checked behind my two other existing thermostats to make sure that the wiring was okay.  His rate ($160 + parts) wasn't terrible (given that it was a sunday and he came on 2 hours notice).  I am very pleased with the work and am considering changing my two other thermostats to digital ones as well.  If i do, I know who to call now.  Thanks!

Seth was great.  Reliable and reasonable.  Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician.  Would highly recommend.

We had one large chandelier and a second light fixture mounted. Adam was prompt to arrive, was very professional and took the time to show the varies length if the chandelier before we finalized on a height. He was also nice enough to teach us a basic dimmer replacement step by step. The quoted price for the job was very competitive as well. Will definitely use 24/7 electric co again.

My house had a long list of electrical issues.  In one hour Oreo fixed them all!  He seems to have a magic touch -- lights and outlets that I had spent a lot of time troubleshooting, he got working again in no time.

Note that I live in a manufactured home, and an older one at that.  Other electricians whom I had contacted first would not even come out for a quote because of this!  But with only one day's notice, Oreo came out and did the work, in one shot, with no need for a quote and no reservations due to it being an old manufactured home.

Needed to have a Electric Car charger installed and reached out to Rob and confirmed an appointment. Apart from being prompt and on time Rob service has been amazing and truly great. I highly recommend Rob and his business, certainly a contact which one needs for all electric work.

He thinks of the job when he's not on the job - I have received emails from him asking questions and making suggestions.
He has done outstanding electrical work in our condominium and I can't imagine using anyone else.

Brian was great on the phone today.  He did not come to my house.  Instead he explained to me how I could fix this simple problem myself.  He could have come out and charged me and I would not have known the difference.  Straight-shooter!

John is my contractor of the year. I unknowingly had an external outlet wired to and overloading a 20 amp breaker. He created a dedicated breaker in the panel for said outlet and now I am able to operate irrigation in a safe, reliable, up-to-code manner.

We had a terrific experience with Mr. Electric.  James came on time, and then solved an issue we have had with our old oven with a creative solution, and then found a less intrusive method to install a new outlet. He was careful with COVID protocol and nice to have around.

Timely response, courteous technician. But was quite expensive due mostly to out of business hours call.. Nevertheless all charges were quoted up front, so there were no surprises. Badly plugged toilet was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Altogether a good experience.
