Excellent install job and flexible to last minute change. Great explanation of what was being done and worked with me to make sure things were done to the spec I wanted. They also got the new circuit permitted and up to code with the install. Would recommend to anyone.

So had an electrical panel problem mid-day on a Saturday and called almost all of the companies listed that said they were open on Saturday's.  None called me back until Monday.  I was able to get the panel partially working to get us through the night on Saturday, but it went out for good first thing Sunday Morning.  For some reason Merv Electric didn't come up in my original search on Saturday, but they did on Sunday.  Called Merv and Pasha returned my call within minutes.  Pasha and Isaac were at my house within an hour.  Turns out I only had a single phase working and the problem was caused by a blown transformer.  They wired the most important things (fridge, furnace, lights etc.) to run on the single phase while I had PSE come out and fix the transformer.  Since I knew I needed to upgrade my panel, I had them give me an estimate for the upgrade.  Having done similar things in the past on other properties, I knew the general price range and Merv proved to be extremely reasonable.  Long story short, PSE fixed the transformer and I had Pasha and Isaac come back and do the panel upgrade.  All the adjectives you want with a service provider: friendly, dependable, experts, great service, honest and reasonably priced.  I highly recommend Merv Electric.

You need some electrical work done, this is the company to call. We had to have a 220 outlet installed for our new dryer and it was short notice but they accommodated our request. And Brian showed up when he said he would too. He also suggested an alternative that was easier to do (and cost way less) and he did it in less time, saving us a lot of money. Very professional, knew what he was doing. Booyah! Done! Hired this company, they know what they're doing!

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. 24/7 did a great job installing our EV charger and at a very competitive rate. They were extremely quick to get us an appointment. They were recommended on Nextdoor and did a super job. There were some corrections that needed to be made but they made them quickly and were extremely responsive. I would highly recommend them for electrical work.

My house had a long list of electrical issues.  In one hour Oreo fixed them all!  He seems to have a magic touch -- lights and outlets that I had spent a lot of time troubleshooting, he got working again in no time.

Note that I live in a manufactured home, and an older one at that.  Other electricians whom I had contacted first would not even come out for a quote because of this!  But with only one day's notice, Oreo came out and did the work, in one shot, with no need for a quote and no reservations due to it being an old manufactured home.

Rob and his team have done two jobs for us -- our family room and most recently our dining room -- and the easiest thing to say is they are amazing! From planning through to execution, everything is done with an eye towards a really satisfying outcome for the homeowners. Rob spent a lot of time helping us decide the right lighting to use, was fair and flexible in his estimates, and the work done by the team was super quality. Everything was completed quickly, cleanly, and I felt secure in knowing it was done right. Highly recommended!

Shawn was fantastic and I'd highly recommend him. From start to finish, he was a prompt and patient communicator, which can't be said for most contractors. He quickly returned my call, found time for a comprehensive estimate and offered a competitive quote to upgrade my service, and replace my panel, install a car charger, and a many more small tasks.

During the project, he was efficient while taking time to answer all my questions and explain everything in layman's terms. He was always super considerate to do everything the right way, even if it wasn't the fastest way.

All in all, Shawn was great.

I fired off an email to Wickman, thinking there is no way I will hear back from these guys at this busy time of year, however--to my surprise--I got an email back immediately to say that they could come right over. Pete, the owner of Galaxy Electric & Solar, came to see if we needed to replace our leaking dishwasher. Within 5 minutes he fixed the problem and saved us the cost of a new dishwasher. Very honest business man and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We heartily refer Jonathan with Sparks Electric. He was on time and completed multiple tasks quickly. We found there was a hot wire in our attic, a tripped circuit in the kitchen, installed five new smoke detectors (two in vaulted ceilings), one closet on/off sensor and a new doorbell.  He was well prepared and his price was very fair.

Strands Electric did a great job repairing a bunch of things broken in my house.  They repaired a broken outlet, replaced all smoke detectors, a broken bathroom fan, and a ceiling fan.  I was very happy with their service.

I feel really bad for the other reviewers!  I can only say great things about this company. They have provided us with 3 different services in the past 6 months and not only was the work amazing but the customer service was even better!  The servicemen were kind and trustworthy and Justin who did our quotes and answered questions was incredibly accommodating and helpful. When we asked his opinion he didn't just say whatever you want he gave us honest opinions based on his experience in the industry and also what would work best for what we were asking for. These guys are great and I always do my rate comparisons and they are competitive every time. We will not use another company again. They cover our needs when it comes to their expertise!

I contacted the company and told them I needed some receptacles installed and a lockout installed for a dishwasher, in order to pass an electrical inspection for which I had pulled a permit. They did the work and then told me they would need to pull a permit themselves. I left a message asking them to call me before they pulled their own permit so we could discuss it, because their permit was redundant. They never called, pulled the permit and then charged me an extra fee for pulling the permit. I left two messages after the fact asking their boss to call me and explain why they had never called me back. He never responded to either of my messages. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
