Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Plumbing Service
I'm editing and updating this review. Though I am still encountering things in my house that melted during the 99 degree fiasco, like my ibuprofen liquicaps, Seatown has fixed the damage that was done. The thermostat that they destroyed the first day has been fixed. The cooling and heating works as it should. It took many visits and a lot of hard work on their part, and I really appreciated their desire to get it all fixed. In the end, all is well.

I thought for a long time about this next step-- but I decided to give them another chance and have them do the HVAC maintenance for my office. They did that yesterday, and were on time, informative and helpful. The cost is about what I would have expected. I can't bring myself to make it a 5-star review, but I am still doing business with them, which is a remarkable turn-around after the initial disaster.

Dean's Home Repair Plumbing Service
What an excellent human being.  Dean helped me fix an electrical issue when he didn't need to.  He could have come and charged me and didn't.  (He doesn't work for free-but you get the idea).  He walked me through what to look for and what to do.  This is EXACTLY who you want working with you on your projects because here is an honest man who has pride in what he does.  Thank you sir!  Huzzzah!

If I could do zero stars I would. I work for a large company and have a vendor data base around 300. We haven't used this vendor for a couple years and now I see why. I called to get a tenants furnace serviced. They said no problem they will communicate with the tenant and call us onsite to get approval for their findings. Tenant was contacted and SW was able to get out the next day between 9 to 11. Tenant called our office at 10:45 explaining that their technician called and said they needed a credit card on file, which no one explained to me when I was ordering this service. For starters they should have called our office for payment not the tenant. Secondly this phone call should have came pre-appointment, not within the last 15 minutes of an appointment window. SO I called and spoke with Cheryl, who was rather unpleasant to deal with. She then checked and saw that out company had an RA account set up so I was informed we were good to go. We rescheduled the appointment with the tenant for the next day afternoon, this is now another half day the tenant is forced to take off.
The appointment window was from 3 to 5. I get a call again that Friday at 4:15 that they are unable to show up until they have a credit card on file. Furious because this is exactly what we had fixed a day previous and of course Cheryl is gone for the day. I speak with someone else and she is also not able to help me. So I finally speak to the manager Dave who tells me they can't figure out the RA until Monday so we will have to pay on a credit card. At this point we need to get the furnace fixed. I begrudging agree to pay on the credit card and he tells me he can get someone out there between 5:30 and 7:30. I call the tenant and he informed me he would rather wait until next week then wait for a couple more hours for them to most likely not show up again. I promptly called back to cancel the appointment, informing the dispatcher we have no intention to reschedule. She lamented and apologized but said she understood. I received a call yesterday from them asking when I would like to reschedule. Most ridiculous situation I have ever experienced in the 5 years I have been at my job.

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
We had an upstairs bathtub that had a very slow leak from the drain. We wanted to save some time, our bad, and went with the fastest response which was Beacon.

They charged over $1400 for the repair, an obscenely high cost for a drain repair, even involving some drywall removal but we really were in too much of a hurry to care, all that all on us..

However during the repair they were very aggressive and knocked loose a pipe from the faucet, which started leaking much MUCH worse a couple months later. The faucet wasn't leaking beforehand, and was relatively new having been built with the house.

It was very clear that it was a simple case of getting a bit rough and knocking it loose, and honestly not that much work to repair, but Beacon refused to take responsibility for the damage they've done to our house and fix their mistake.

They had a simple choice between a quick fix and being responsible, and trying to squeeze us for more money, and went with the later.

I will never use them again, regardless of the emergency. I simply do NOT trust them to do good work or take responsibility for their work, as it's clear they don't care about the quality of it nor their reputations.

I now have a giant hole in my ceiling, and a much worse leak, all thanks to Beacon. NEVER AGAIN.

A Advanced Septic & Construction Services Plumbing Service
Damon for A-Advance Septic was AMAZING! I had an issue with my septic tank and Damon was able to come out and provide excellent customer service and professionalism. It turned out, I didn't need to have my septic tank pumped due to that my circuit breaker was turned off and wasn't pumping on its own. Other septic companies wouldn't have taken the time to see if their were other issues, they would of came out and pumped my septic tank and left me with a bill. Very satisfied with the company and I suggest them to all who is in need of Septic issues. Thanks A-Advance Septic and thank you Damon for your knowledge and professionalism.

Beacon Plumbing Plumbing Service
We had a one-star turned five-star experience with Beacon. A pipe burst on 12/23, flooding part of our basement. We shut off the water and called Beacon. The person on the phone told us that the earliest someone could come was the next day (Christmas Eve) between 2-6pm. By 6, no one had come, so we called Beacon again to find that they had no record of our call/appointment. We had given up on a plumber coming at that point, but to our surprise Beacon sent someone over within two hours. Our plumber Jimmy was super nice and fixed the broken pipe within an hour. Thanks to him, we had our water back on in time for Christmas!

I called on 6-3 around 7am to inquiry and schedule service for my bathroom tub that  was having an issue draining.  I spoke with a very nice woman and explained the issue, asked her if you were still running the $93 clear any drain and she said yes.  She asked me several questions including if we had used drain-o and I said yes.  Our tub was still draining but it was slow and I felt it needed to be snaked. Never during this conversation did she mention an additional fee for drain-o, trip fee or any other extra fees she stated yes the $93 plus tax is still current. I truly expected to pay $102.30   I scheduled the appointment for Friday 6-5 after 3pm.

Ryan showed up and used a camera to see down the drain and did not see anything but I still requested him to snake the line which he did but he said because we used drain-o there would be an additional $125 charge. I said I did not agree with this because it was not disclosed to me when I requested the service call and the fact is that we have 11 people living in our home showering every day the drain-o would be gone from Wednesday but Ryan stated it was policy and showed my husband it on a form your office has.  Ryan snaked the drain and found the clog of hair and then charged us $239.80 which I paid with my visa.  About an hour later we received a follow up call from your office and I expressed the service was good but I was not happy with the additional charges considering I asked specifically about the charges several times.   We are a large family on budget and due to COVID-19 reduce work hours and incoming funds.   The person said she completely understood and would have a manager call me back.  I am just wondering when that manager will call back since it has been 5 days I thought I would ask.

I am not unhappy with the service but the fact that the fees were not disclosed to me when I repeatedly asked.  I really do not like the feeling of here is the cheap price to get into our home but once we are there you get hit with the larger fee.  This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will make me think twice before calling you again if I require further services.

I do not want to give a poor review on line but if I do not get a call back and some type of resolution then I will have no choice.

I have waited 7 days for a call back or an email and nothing, I am very upset because I truly believe what they did is wrong I asked for a price was told a price and it was double when they came out.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but we had them come out to give us a quote for a complete repipe of our house. The person who came out made weird comments about how fancy our instruments were (we have a cello) and when we asked questions about some of our current pipes they gave us wrong answers (we asked these questions as a way of determining how knowledgeable/trustworthy they are).  When it came to the quote, they gave us a quote for about $34,0000 pex, or about $50,000 copper. This is pretty crazy high, so we decided to go with someone else who did a great job and only cost about 13,000 for pex. They've since left multiple voicemails asking me to call back to discuss their insane quote and have been sending unsolicited spam emails. Since they don't take my non-response as enough of an answer, I decided to write this review.

Black Hills Plumbing Service
We have had thr worst experience with Black Hills. Our new heat pump and furnace were installed the last day of March. Here we are coming up in the end of May and our very expensive unit is still not working properly. We have had SEVERAL technicians out to fix the issue and each time they have left with saying we still need to use emergency heat and default to our furnace. After having the service manager out the conclusion was to just replace the entire unit installed and that would be completed after he returned from being out of office. Lack of communication on Black Hills part is really making this experience miserable.
