Igor came out and did a fantastic job putting in a new 220v outlet for our kitchen so we can get rid of our gas range in Snoqualmie.

There was excellent communication from Jessica. They were both very helpful answering all of our questions and we are very happy with the cost. All in all they really went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with their work. I will definitely be using their services for our future needs.

Pasha was courteous and very very prompt. He showed up in a mask and fixed the problem in no time. Loved the experience! Totally recommend Merv Electric!

I cannot speak to their work, but I was told I would receive a quote in roughly 48 hours after they looked over my home and it took three weeks to get that quote. The price seems fair and the warranty options aren't the best I've seen (that distinction goes to the company I am accepting the bid from) but they aren't the worst warranty options either. I am not suggesting that anyone not use Vets based on my experience but I want to be sure that they understand that their lack of communication isn't going to reflect well on them and I hope they improve in the future.

Installed our flat panel TV on the wall. Looked around for a solid provider at affordable rates and selected them. They were flexible and knowledgeable - great experience. I'd use them again in the future.

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

Installed wiring for a new heat pump. They charged me a fixed price ($700) even though the work was easier than usual due to the house layout. Not really happy about that, but the work was good.

I've been doing a major home renovation and there was a bunch of electric work that needed to get done.  The two previous electricians literally dropped their work for larger projects, leaving me with a mess that wasn't going to pass inspection.  Igor came by promptly, he was super-professional and very competent.  He was joined by two other technicians (another Igor and Johnny) who are doing an amazing job of whipping through the unfinished work and getting everything working.  I literally couldn't be more pleased with all the facets of their work and service.  Highly recommended and will use in future.

UPDATE:  Passed inspection first time around!

These guys are the only electricians I call for our office electrical needs. Our building maintenance manager (Norton Building) endorses them unequivocally and makes tutting noises if you consider calling someone else. Their technicians are courteous and prompt communicators and I've never had any misgivings about the work they've done at all. They even fuss about cleaning up their dust after a job to an almost old-lady-like level.

Shawn responded promptly for my request for a quote. He and I arranged a date and time, which he kept his word and came to my house. The fix was simple and he didn't charge him. I am really impressed with his integrity and appreciate his honesty. I would definitely recommend Shawn.

Don't even bother calling them, the recording says they're not accepting new clients and existing clients are being scheduled 4 - 6 months out.   Why even bother...?

We had been looking for an electrician since around Dec 2022, but didn't get around to it until April 2023. All the estimates we got have been in the upper $1000s so it was hard to decide. But then I was looking at our local fb Duvall pages and Jon's business came up. We called him and told him that we needed our car charger installed, but already had a full panel so we needed some things moved around before he can install the charger. We waited for his company's contractor's license to get approved before he started working on our project, since our HOA required it. When it came time to install, he mentioned that he'll be able to move some wires around to make room for the charger. He gave us about 30AMPS with our 240V plug and so far we haven't had any issues with it. And by far, he was the cheapest among my other estimates and was very friendly and communicative with the process. He finished our project in like 3hours or something. He even mounted the charger for us. He also did mention that our Autel charger was easy to install since he didn't have to open up the charger box to be able to screw it on the wall, unlike other chargers, so I guess it was an easy job for him too. Overall customer service was awesome, and we definitely recommend his professionalism and service.

I needed help fixing some electrical outlets that stopped functioning, as well as installing a ceiling fan on 18ft high ceiling. These guys were FANTASTIC! They are very reasonably priced compared to other bids I received, and the final cost was well within the estimate provided. Moses who performed the work was super professional and quick. Just simply outstanding! I am glad to have found these guys and I will surely be using them again when needed, and refer all my friends there.

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

I have used them for a couple small jobs at my home and a rental house we have. They have ways done a great job. Will continue to use them when I need an electrician in the future.

Similar situation as Stephanie R. below... - I called to schedule an appointment. They told me they don't do appointments (which is a little frustrating for those of us who work), but could give me a 4-hour window of when they could arrive, with a call 30 minutes before arriving. I scheduled the date/time and waited... That day, in the middle of the time frame that was provided, they called and said an emergency came up and wouldn't be able to work on my furnace. They apologized and we rescheduled for today and gave me a 2-hour window for this morning... - 15 minutes before the end of my 2-hour window, I receive a call saying another emergency came up and they wouldn't be able to come out again... They asked to reschedule and I told them how frustrated I was and would not be working with them again... I took time off work all for nothing. This company obviously cannot handle non-emergency calls and should not be in the business of scheduling regular maintenance appointments, if they can't keep their appointments.
