Best Wiring Installation in Seattle WA

After Hours Services Plumbing Service
This is my first ever Yelp review and I decided to write my honest review for After Hour Services.

My kitchen sink has been stuck for more than 12 hrs. I tried different methods for 5 hrs but still couldn't get it resolved.

After Hours Services exceeded my expectations in many ways-

Responsive: Will replied my request for quote under 10 mins, and replied my text and call fairly quickly.

Professional: Will got things done in under 30 mins. In addition, Will was very thorough in examining andexplaining the issue. What I love the most is that he cleaned up the area after the issue was fixed.

Transparent pricing: he's honest and it's a flat fee and very reasonable price. I got different quotes and his is the most transparent.

On-time: he was on time, which is a very big factor for me.

Overall, I recommend Will and After Hour Services, with passion.

I appreciate Torch who came by.  (I now understand that the hour cited is the window for arrival, not the window when the job will be done). Nice guy, had the tools, got the job done.

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Plumbing Service
You pay for what you get.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars here, I would. I had Jacob come out and give me an estimate on what it would cost to repipe the house which at the time things weren't going so well in my recently purchased home - everything was falling a part - and money was of major concern.

Straight up I couldn't afford Jacob / Seatown to do the work for that matter because I recently just paid a ton of $ on electrical. I knew he was incredibly qualified and who I really wanted at the onset though. You just knew from talking to him that he was the guy you wanted in your corner here. I was bummed but had to go with someone else's estimate. ...

I said everything was falling apart. Little did I know it would get 100x worse...the person I brought in didn't do 1/2 the things he was supposed to do let alone correct and to code. It was a babysitting nightmare.  Long story short, I couldn't start putting walls back together knowing I could have a problem down the road. So I called Jacob...Needless to say, he came out assessed and gave me a quote. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Its weight in gold and then some! Jacob came out this time with his wing man Cody and basically put my life back together in an 2 days. You cant put a price tag on a good nights sleep and knowing things are done the right way.

Heres the kicker ... They assessed my damage on a Friday and the next open slot on their schedule was in 3 weeks. I was dying. Sensing my stress level... Not only did they come out -they came out the next day on a Saturday when they didn't have to after working a back to back nightmarish job prior to doing mine!!!! I cannot thank these guys enough. They legitimately saw my distress and dug me out of a hole in no time . I am truly truly thankful for these guys. Thats character. You cant buy that, its innate. So, with that said - a company like Seatown to hire stand up guys like this says something at the top. ( I can honestly say that because I had a couple guys come out and do my electrical panel as well. Again, stand up dudes.) Jacob and Cody take the cake though. If you have a plumbing issue. Hands down -you want Jacob & Cody. They are on your side and that is very very hard to find these days.

I don't write reviews but for these guys I had to. My disaster turned into making friends for life with these two and thats all you can ask for. I salute you both.

Dean's Home Repair Plumbing Service
Dean came out the same day and before that had been extremely helpful over the phone. He talked through any potential issues that he could ID without seeing the outlet and pump physically. To that point, he made clear he was knowledgeable about both electrical issues and common sump pump issues, which was right where the convergence of my problem was. On site, he gave a quick assessment and walked through a few scenarios of what could have gone wrong. Ultimately, he addressed the main issue - user error - and didn't charge for the visit since he didn't fix anything and refused to take a check for the trouble. I would totally recommend Dean for your home fixes.

On the note of checks, he does not accept card or digital payment, so be prepared to dig out your old checkbook if you're like me and no longer keep a paper trail.

South West Plumbing Service
I had a broken pipe in my yard. the guy came out within a couple of hours and repaired it to the tune of $1,600 for less than an hour job.  That was fine and I paid the high price without a complaint. Five days later their fix ruptured and water ran for 2 hours before I could get home and turn off the water at the main!   I called them back and now 7 hours of waiting at home for these jokers and I get a call that they have been on emergencies all day long just like mine (where they did a poor job on a previous fix?) and probably can't get to me until tomorrow.  I am a senior citizen in a hot house with no water because these guys messed up my plumbing!!!!!    Do yourself a favor a call anyone but these guys!

Hunt's Services Plumbing Service
This company is a rip off. The company either is very incompetent or they are running a scam.
I contacted Hunt Service after locating their information on Angie's list to unclog a bathtub drain in a duplex that I owned. The tech came out took a look and quoted me $399.99 to snake both tub drains. I was later informed via a phone call that he was unable to clear the drain after snaking only the one unit and that the situation would require another approach.
When I asked what were my options he informed me that he would have to replace all the old galvanized pipes under the duplex at a cost of approximately $3,000. I asked if could provide me with an estimate so that I can compare it with additional estimates that I would be obtaining. The tech informed me he would have to locate the pipes first before he can quote me an estimate; he asked if there was a crawl space under the house. I had assumed that he would have located the crawl space, the drain and the water cut off before attempting to unclog the tub. The final estimate came out to be 4,640.00.

The next day I was able to locate Conan Drain Cleaning service who came out and cleared the clog with a single application of the snake through the kitchen drain at a price of 259.00. It took Conan one attempt and he came and left inside of 30 minutes. This guy was a blessing. I asked him why Hunt's tech could not clear the clog and his response was that the Hunt tech didn't know what they were doing.
I will be writing a letter requesting my 465.00 charge refunded for either total incompetents or for running a scam on the paying public.

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
First Tech: Matt
Matt came in to do the initial plumbing for a master bathroom remodel. We had to move a bathtub drain a few inches, move the water lines for the bathtub faucet 2 feet, and update the shower plumbing to match a new faucet we bought. I also wanted them to install the bathtub and shower faucets that I already purchased from Amazon.

For some reason the first thing he did was take a look at our water heater and insist we replace it right away even though we had no issues with our current one. I pushed back a bit, but he was pretty adamant that we do it and he told us he would be saving us about $1500 if we did it at the same time, so we went for it. It took him about 2 full work days to complete the job, and everything seemed to go smoothly. He warned me I should probably look into water sensors and place one in 3 places: near the water heater, my washer, and my kitchen sink. They're pretty cheap online, so I bought them. Glad I did.

The day after the sensors came in the mail and I installed them, the sensor went off while I was at work. The brand new water heater had leaked from the top and got the drywall behind it wet. I called Matt to come and fix it, and he was able to a couple hours later...insisting the drywall should be fine and it will just dry after a few days. Apparently he just needed to tighten a fitting near the top of the heater a bit more. It's been fine ever since.

Second Techs: Josh & Ian
A few weeks after that (and after the tile and flooring were installed) we had Beacon out to finish the plumbing job and install the bathtub and two fixtures. Matt left the company, so Josh & Ian showed up. At first they were pretty negative and did not like the fixtures I had bought from Amazon, stating they were made from cheap parts and are prone to leaking, and they wanted me to go buy Kohler (or other premium brand) faucets. So they left without installing anything and I was left confused and frustrated. I went to a few fixture stores (Keller, Ferguson, Chown) but nobody had anything that fit the plumbing that Matt had installed previously before the tile was put in place.

So I called Beacon again because they were the ones that did the initial plumbing, and I just wanted to use the fixtures I had bought that they did the initial plumbing for. I talked with the supervisor and explained the situation, and he was nice and came up with what seemed like a good solution: ordering an adapter part and trying install again.

So they ordered that part, it took a few days, then the installers came back out. When they came back out it seemed like they did't want to be there or to do this job...but after a couple of hours they were done, and the techs seemed to be in a better mood, and it all seems to work well (and it looks great).

Conclusion:
I'm conflicted on my rating. They ended up doing a good job ... but really during the whole thing I was found frustrated and confused. I know I was the one to agree to the new water heater, but that was an extra couple of thousand dollars I didn't really want to spend. I also understand they didn't love my fixtures ... but they also plumbed for them without saying anything before installing, so after that I was kind of stuck with them.

I also think how companies act in front of a customer is a big deal, and I wrote down some quotes from the techs that I don't really think a customer would want to hear while people are working in their house (I won't share them here). I spent multiple thousands of dollars with Beacon, and in the end they did a good job and were on time every visit ... I'm just not sure if I'd go with using them next time.

A Advanced Septic & Construction Services Plumbing Service
In June of 2020 A Advanced Septic came out to our place for a Drain Field Rehab.  Prior to that service, we had been nervous anytime we had company.  Would the system hold up, even though we were all careful, with the extra flushing of toilets and showers?
The techs who arrived right on time were personable and efficient, getting right to work.  Days and weeks afterward we could see that the system was working well.
Thirteen months later, in July of 2021, we hosted a week of family get-togethers which involved many meals and one extra overnighter.  In previous years we would have rented a Porta Potty.  After keeping an eye on our system this past year, though, we were confident that our system would hold up.
Just the same, when everyone returned home and we debriefed about the past reunion week, we realized that A Advanced Septic had performed brilliantly!  We wholeheartedly recommend this company for excellent communication and effective, A+ service.

Resicon Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electrical Plumbing Service
Abhorrent! Atrocious! Pathetic! Incompetent! Tardy! Inconsiderate! Very Poor Quality! Poor Communication! Time Wasters! Ill-Prepared! Slackers!
Yup, I think that about sums it up.
I would NEVER recommend this company! It's unfortunate that we had to have them come do work. If it were up to me, I would have fired them within the first 30 minutes of being in my home. Again, unfortunately, they were hired through a county subsidized program, so I had no say in the company chosen.
They wasted so much time, did a terrible job, left my house a mess and left their garbage. They were doing work in both bathrooms at the same time, tying them up for 6 HOURS! We (pregnant woman and several small children) had no use of our bathroom for 6 HOURS! They did not follow instructions and messed up the work order, took items that should not have been removed from the house that we wanted to keep from the project. They took too many cigarette breaks, did not have foot coverings readily available and when asked to put them on, did not remove them each time they left the house, hence, tracking all manner of dirt and debris into my house, which defeats the purpose of the foot coverings. One of the workers broke a bulb in my dining room and did not clean it up sufficiently.
I could seriously go on and on about the terrible work and issues we have had with this company, but I trust you get the idea.
I gave it one star because Yelp makes me give a star. I would prefer not to give any star at all.

Black Hills Plumbing Service
Our old furnace was not blowing heat, we had a friend use Black Hills Inc and had only good things to say. We ended up using them and had our furnace replaced. The service tech (Evan)  showed up on time, was very polite, and did his job quietly. He vacuumed up any dust, wore shoe protectors, and showed me how to use all the new equipment. The work was quality and priced fairly. I would highly recommend them.
