Best Wiring Installation in Seattle WA
Super efficient! Will did a great job responding quickly to our query on Yelp and made himself available the next day. Sent him a picture (via text - couldn't make that work on Yelp) to help him scope out the small project. Very fair pricing and did a great job fixing the issue! Thanks, Will!

I found Fixer thru Yelp. They were extremely responsive and I was able to schedule my appointment right away. I received Yelp quotes from other companies and some were outrageously high. Fixer was responsible and had good reviews, so that's why I selected them.
I liked how they had various options for scheduling. If you're flexible, there's that option, or you can select a time. I selected my time and then had a schedule conflict. I was able to easily text their concierge and able to push out my appointment to later in the day.
I received a text message with the ETA of my fixer, Nick. He was on-time to the nickel. He was professional and able to complete what I needed. He was able to fix something more efficiently than I thought (I'm not handy whatsoever) and I truly appreciated that.
Payment is simple - you get a text and you pay online. You can include a tip when you pay.

Seatown was excellent. Their team is professional and fast. We had a small remodel and used them to clean up the electrical. Time was limited and they came out the same day and got the work done within a few days. I'd absolutely use them again.

I have had a correspondence with Dean before the water heater work today. He has a wealth of knowledge and is willing to share it. If you are asking something outside of his capacity, he'll give you a referral. And this was over the phone last time.
This time, he was the guy for the iob I had. He was to pick, purchase, deliver, and install a new water heater after my old one died. Finally I met him in person and he was still as nice as over the phone.
I'll highly recommend him!!!
FYI, he is an old school guy who takes cash or check. No credit card.

This company seems to make a living by taking advantage of desperate people or those who simply don't understand anything about plumbing. I doubt they have ever had a repeat customer. They came out to my house to fix a leak in a sink drain and wanted to charge me $2,500. The cabinet installer went down to his truck and got a wrench and fixed it in 20 minutes for free.

Signed up for a yearly plumbing service contract specifically to get a free sewer inspection. I made an appointment for the inspection after I verified with the scheduler that the technician would email me a video of the inspection and the technician refused to provide a video for free before he even walked in the door. The customer service representative called me back to say, no, they would provide the free video. Get your act together, Hunt's, it's about customer service, not money grubbing technicians. After paying the service contract for 9 months with nothing to show for it, it is literally money down the drain. Don't call this plumber.

My toilet was not flushing with strength. Jake came out n after seeing the problem offered a couple of solutions. He snaked the toilet, clearing up the impasse. Worked wonders, and after he left, the toilet passed the ultimate test. I can clearly say Beacon did a great job. Thanks very much!

As a Real Estate Broker I get the chance to meet with many septic service companies. Pierce County is not my typical area & the septic pumping requirements for it are very complicated & confusing. I have spoken with several people from A-Advanced Septic on the phone navigating the process and just recently was able to use them for a septic pumping in Bonney Lake. I was surprised to find that I could schedule a next day appointment! My seller was unavailable to help with any of this process, including the location of the tanks. When they arrived, they already had the AS BUILT with them. They located the tanks - which were under a deck and hand dug them out in the small crawl space. The buyers were there, so the pump guys showed them how the pressure system worked and were able to answer a slew of questions regarding it.
It has been my pleasure to work alongside these people. I just want to say how helpful & kind they are and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer to anyone in their service area.

Patchwork was completed. They appear to have done a fine job. I stand by what I said.. the technicians are great, the customer support / office workers need re-training.

Scheduled furnace maintenance via website, received a call within a few hours, and was able to schedule a maintenance for the following week.
Technician (Alex Ross) arrived at scheduled time, and quickly got to work after asking relevant questions about system. I just had my carpets cleaned earlier in the day, however he already had covers for his shoes upon entering my home.
After taking him to my attic entry, he provided me with a booklet to go over some pertinent information about their services, and discussed what he was going to do. He also clearly gave an estimate as to how long the maintenance will take.
Mid-way through he brought down the furnace blower fan, and showed me some of the build-up. The system was 3-years old, and hadn't been serviced since install. There was some buildup which he pointed out, and described how it wasn't too bad, but that lack of maintenance would decrease efficiency, thus increase energy bill. He also showed me the capacitor, and described how it was performing, and that it is also another component that eventually causes issues. He took the fan outside to clean it, and re-installed it.
Upon completion, he offered to take a look at my tank-less water heater, and took down some information, should I choose to use their service for maintenance/repairs of that.
Wrapping up, I was provided a Home Efficiency Form, showing high-level information about the home, and maintenance provided. I was also presented with the offer of signing up for their Service Club Membership, however this did not feel like a high-pressure sales push, which was fine. He also offered to answer any questions I had, and provided some insight into installing an A/C unit in my home.
Overall, website, and responsiveness was good, initial price quoted over the phone, matched what the technician invoiced me for which was great, shoe booties were a nice touch. Additionally, the technician cleaned up the insulation that fell from my attic when he accessed my unit. Price seemed appropriate, but I believe that was a first-time customer promotion.
