Best Toilet Repair in Seattle WA

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Electrician
Excellent service. I had an issue with leaky HVAC exhaust slowly compromising my water heater. Next in line was my furnace. Time for an update. Got three bids. Only two of three figured out the core issue. SeaTown did...and with competitive price, good advice and explanations all around, quick turnaround, and a solution that will keep me from having to think about that part of my house for years to come. Installation techs Ryan and Brian did an excellent job, and finished earlier than planned. Recommended!

Eco Electric & Plumbing Electrician
We had the best experience with both the plumbing and electrical services Eco offered. Zachary W. handled the electrical for us; Matthew B. the plumbing. Both were incredibly helpful, efficient, and honest, as well as prompt and thorough! They suggested cost-saving measures, didn't overcharge us or recommend anything unnecessary, and spoke to us with care and friendliness. They got everything done in our new home for less money than we expected, and gave us recommendations for future work when we're ready. In the future we're definitely going with Zach and Matt for any electrical/plumbing needs.

Fixer Electrician
Our fixer was great in fixing our clogged kitchen sink.  He was quick to diagnose the problem, honest in his appraisal of what would be the best and most affordable solution, and able to get everything done.  We appreciate the convenience and honest and hassle-free process.

Dean's Home Repair Electrician
It is true, Dean answered the phone right away!  I was on vacation when a power surge caused an electrical outlet to burn and melt leaving black soot up the all from the melted outlet.  Fortunately, the breakers kicked in and disaster was averted.  Also fortunate for me, I found Dean only.  Dean was fantastic!  He made it out within days of my call and replaced the outlet box and cover, after asserting that the wiring was undamaged.  All is working perfectly.   Dean also checked on an outlet behind my stove, at my request, involving him moving the stove in and out of place.

Dean was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and so very nice!  He even tried to clean the soot left on the wall and apologized when he could not get it all cleaned off, though he did a good job of it. I certainly did not expect him to even try.  As I was cleaning the wall with a Magic Eraser,  Dean took the time to call me suggesting that a Magic Eraser would probably do the trick (it did) and he would have used one if he had on on hand.  Wow, such a nice additional courtesy... real old fashioned service!

Dean was upfront on his fee and additional costs.  He charged a flat fee to come out, assess and do the work, plus parts and tax; labor was included in the flat fee.  Other companies wanted more than Dean charged just to come out, let alone do an assessment and then adding additional  labor and other costs.  I received a very good value.

Dean is also great about offering advice, even if it results in him not getting the job; his interest is in getting you the right information to resolve your needs first.  I am completely sold on Dean and I will not hesitate to call him next time I need to.  I am telling my family, friends and neighbors because with Dean, you can't go wrong.   Thank you Dean!

Hunt's Services Electrician
Too expensive: Hunt's tried but couldn't clean out our outside drain but still charged $440 for the trip and equipment fee which was half the original cost if they could have cleaned it. That didn't make sense to me. Did a solid job of installing my water heater in 2016. Yet recently charged $870 to simple drain & move the water heater away from wall to repair a pin hole leak in the pipe which was within the wall.  The repair cost was about the same which I felt was reasonable. However, I will need to compare the prices that other companies offer hereafter...not pleased.

South West Electrician
Dishonest and want to do unnecessary work to make more $$

Due to a physical condition I decided to leave the work to the professional this time. So I called South West Plumbing for an in home estimate. They came in took a good look and told me that I need to replace the whole kitchen faucet because it's broken. My garden faucet needed to be replace. And for that, the plumber said he has to take apart part of the wall to find the pipe so he can replace the broken part. You know, as crazy as it sounds. This guy did a dumb move setting it up like this. Usually I don't have to take apart the wall to fix something like this. But he left me no choice. If I was doing it I would not set it up this way. He said it with confident.  He gave me a detail list of price on each project. It was a total over $800 dollars. That's not including patching up the wall for the second project. I thanked the plumber and his technician and that was the end.
The leaking kitchen faucet could be fixed with a simple change of rubber ring. And the broken garden faucet just need to be replaced. Both parts should cause less than $10. Now I don't mind paying for the labor since I can't walk or bend down normally. But this so called professional wanted to charge me more for work that's completely unnecessary. He said he's been doing it for over 20 years. You would think that for a guy so experienced he would know how to fix it like a pro. But from I've seen, either he knows too well or he doesn't know anything at all. I dislike service providers that are dishonest to their customers. This is a company I will never call again.
If you need plumbing work done in your house, get at least 3 estimates. A good service provider is hard to come by now a day. Like my friend said, sometimes an in home estimate is for them to come in and see how much you can afford base on how nice your house look. Don't be afraid to spend a little more time shopping around for service providers. It will save you a lot of $$!

Black Hills Electrician
Today a tech came out to service my elderly widowed moms ac they ended up giving her a $7,500 quote to replace her electrical panel.  The tech told my mom that since the panel was not up to code it needed to be replaced.  I explained to my mom that since code is constantly changing, only homes built in the last year or so actually meet the current code. (There was nothing actually wrong or not working in the panel.)  I also consulted a couple of journeymen electricians who told me that the quote is at least twice a fair replacement cost.  This company and their tactics are repugnant.  This is especially true when the intended victim is an elderly widow.

Beacon Plumbing Electrician
On 5/13 I had Beacon come out to try and unclogged the kitchen sink but they were not successful. The plumber couldn't have been there for more than 40 minutes. A good portion of that time was spent calling in for additional guidance. I was charged $604.45. Due to the lack of time actually spent trying to unclog the sink I called another company limitless pluming and sewer for a second look. They charged me $362.67. They performed the same troubleshooting steps and solved the problem in the same amount of time. I feel taken advantage so I wrote Beacon first asking for a refund, they denied my request even when I offered to show prof of both charges.

A Advanced Septic & Construction Services Electrician
Last night my septic tank backed up and I knew it was time to get it pumped ASAP. It hasn't been pumped since I bought the house in 2017. A advanced gave me great customer service over the phone and was very patient with all my questions. Today someone came out and pumped it very quickly for a reasonable price. Beacon plumbing wanted 2500.00 which is 4x more then it should be. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you so much!

Fixer - Seattle Electrician
Very frustrated with Fixer. My partner booked an appointment for a Friday where the handyperson would show up between 4-5pm. The day finally arrives and 5pm comes and goes with no update and no handyperson. At 5:36pm my partner texts Fixer to ask where the handyperson is and then Fixer says the handyperson couldn't make it. Only because my partner asked did they say the appointment was cancelled. It did not feel like they had any intention of being up front about the cancellation. Very unprofessional and a waste of our time. They offered a discount on a replacement booking, but we're not sure If the same thing wouldn't happen again so we're looking elsewhere.

After Hours Services Electrician
Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Resicon Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electrical Electrician
I emailed Craig for a quote for a ductless heat pump and he quickly got back to me and came out to our house (in Shoreline) to provide a quote. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. On the day of installation, his workers were clean, considerate, and thorough. He even called to check and see how they everything was doing. I would definitely recommend Craig and his company for your heating and cooling needs.

DEAR Services: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Electrician
First off, you should all BELIEVE the crappy reviews.  We went with them because we checked the rating on BBB and it was good but we should have gone to Yelp as well.  The salesman was high pressure as someone else mentioned in their review, and quite frankly they quoted us the lowest which is why we went with them.  In order to keep it short I will just put dates:
6/29- original install- they broke one of the zone dampers during install
7/3 - AC stopped working
7/5- called to report issue, said tech would come out 7/6
7/6- tech came out, started working but then it stopped working shortly after and reported issue again
7/7- tech came out said it was installed incorrectly and another guy would come out 7/8
7/8- tech didn't come and we called, now told not coming until 7/9
7/9- no tech arrived all day until several calls to them, a tech finally shows up at 7:40pm???? Due to it being late has asked if he could return 7/10 around 12/1.  The AC was working.
7/10- AC NOT WORKING AGAIN!
7/10- past 1 had to call again, lm.  Said they will send someone 7/11 between 1-7
7/11- Brad came out with another tech and said the unit is defective and needs replacement??
7/13- called to find out what is going on and was told a supervisor would call back
7/14- called again and was a told a manager would be out to to check the unit
7/14- SURPRISE!  No one came again
7/15- called at 8:12am was told someone would call me back
7/15- 12:30pm Ken came out and looked at system and in a nutshell said it wasn't installed right and would be back in next day or two to install correctly
7/16- 9:23 spoke to Joana and at 10:12am I was notified Ken would not be coming out until Monday 7/20
7/20 - spoke to Naomi who stated the original appointment was 7/22 but we let her know we received both a text & email confirmation for today.
7/20- reporting them to BBB
