Best Toilet Repair in Seattle WA
I highly recommend Seatown! From my first phone call, they made me feel like our business was important to them, even though we did not offer them a huge job. Their communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Our plumber, Blaine, was so friendly, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I will be using them again for our next project and will be asking for Blaine specifically.

Although there was a big complication and our promised installation timeline took longer than expected, the guys at ECO did a fantastic job of rectifying everything! They have a fantastic staff and appears to run efficiently.
Matt B. especially did an exceptional job of fixing the problem once he was brought in after the initial quote appointment.
Matt was very professional (on time, notified us of any delays) honest and got things done!

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

I probably should have read the reviews before scheduling with this company. I needed my dryer vent cleaned, so on 6/22/21, I got on their site to book my appointment. Seemed easy enough, and I was thrilled that the next available appointment was the next day. I was only given morning or afternoon, no specific time. I took the day off, and when I didn't hear anything around 1pm, I called. Michelle in the office put me on hold only to come back on the line to tell me the automatic scheduling system did not schedule me. She truly showed no care or concern, almost like this happens frequently. She told me they're very busy & take emergency calls first. I asked when I could get rescheduled and she was very wishy-washy. Friday was open, but then she said she could no guarantee the appointment because an emergency might come up. Next week might work better for them, but then she went back to Friday. Time? Oh, she could not commit to that either. Ok, fine, put me on the schedule for Friday. The best was, I was leaving my house Wednesday around 4pm and there was one of their trucks around the block from me. Whatever. Well, today is Friday & took the day off because I was given no specific time or even time window. So, here I am drinking my coffee, and I get a text Good morning Katy, this is Maxie with Hunt's Services. We have you scheduled for a dryer vent cleaning. Our technician is unavailable today and we are having to reschedule all of his appointments for today to next week. We can offer you a $35 rescheduling credit due to having to move your appointment. Please give us a call at 253-533-7500 or text here, Thank you!. Really? I called & got Michelle again. First she said my appointment was cancelled due to emergency calls. I pointed out that the text said the tech was unavailable & all his appointments were cancelled. Again, wishy-washy, and slightly apologetic now. Second day off work, still dirty dryer vent. Needless to say, I'm on the schedule for another company on Monday, and sadly, another day off work. Thank you Hunt's Services for an unexpected 4 day weekend. At least the weather will be nice & there's beer in the fridge.

I've used Southwest Plumbing for years but never again! In the past I've received courteous service & whenever the plumber was delayed, he'd call. Great service. Besides that, I collect their coupons that are readily available.
Last week I called & made a reservation and the plumber was a no show. When I called one hour after the window I was told that my reservation was not in the computer.
I made a 2nd reservation and as the window had 15 minutes remaining, I called SW. I was told that the plumber was delayed. I could not wait longer because I had an appointment and rescheduled for Saturday. The woman said they had 2 addressed for me asked me if my address was XXX. I said no. I've lived in my current house almost 20 years.
By Saturday, however, I was no longer trusting the process so I called SW at the beginning of my window to confirm the appointment. The woman who answered paused, then asked me to HOLD. She came back on line & said, When did you make this appointment? I said, Oh, no! They haven't screwed up my appointment again! She replied in the RUDEST tone imaginable, I didn't ask you all that! I just asked you when you made the appointment. Hold on! I have to call my dispatcher. CLICK!
She put me on HOLD again and the next voice I heard was a man saying, Hello. I asked if this were SW Plumbing. I told him I was waiting for the woman who said she had to contact dispatch and he said he was in dispatch. I explained my situation. He looked in the computer and said he'd call me right back.
After an hour he returned my call telling me that SW had been to my home several times and I had been a no show so they had put me in the Do not service file! I have NEVER--not ONE TIME--been absent when SW Plumbing came to my home. Not ONE TIME! I assured the man of this fact and he said, I'm sorry. There's nothing I can do. They've put you in the 'Do No Service' file!
I politely thanked him for returning my call and assured him there are other plumbers in Seattle and that I would not be bothering SW again. I won't.

I called Beacon Plumbing because my water heater was leaking from the fittings. Dean was great! He was very informative and helped me to understand what needed to be done. He got the job done quickly and efficiently and he even cleaned up the mess! Their rates are very reasonable. If you ever need any work done, I highly recommend Beacon and ask for Dean!

I can't say enough good things from the help this company was to us during a very stressful situation with our septic backing up into our house on a Friday evening!! From my desperate phone call to the two very knowledgeable techs arriving on time we felt totally at ease. Right after scheduling them to come out (which was within two hours on a Friday evening) the company sent us a text with a picture with name and description of the service tech that was going to be coming to take care of us which we thought was very professional. This is our first home with a septic, in fact we almost didn't buy it years ago because of all of the septic horror stories we have heard. The techs not only took care of the problem but more importantly they took the time and educated us about our system and how to actually care for it properly in the future! Thank you for helping us through our worst nightmare!! We highly recommend this company!!

We called Fixer for a fix we'd had on our to-do list forever (broken bathroom exhaust fan) - they let us schedule an exact time, and our fixers showed up exactly on time. They were polite and professional (even when I was trying to get dinner done with a toddler underfoot, so wasn't exactly a great host), and the job got done well and quickly.
Only possible complaint is that the pricing is definitely premium at about $150/hr after tip here in Seattle - so not something that's gonna save you money. Still, service was great and something that hadn't gotten done for months got done in an hour while I did something else - we had a good enough experience that were seriously considering a subscription.

We, erm, accidentally drilled into a water pipe :-(
Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

I called while we were selling our house. All our outbuildings had no power all of a sudden. The technician sent was prompt and friendly. Our power was back on within an hour. Prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. With other electricians I have used I felt like they would find more problems than necessary to charge more money. That was not the case with Resicon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Been more than a month and this place never sent the promised thermostat that we had won at their booth. Now I see they are registered for the Seattle Home show. Best to just walk by this place.
