Best Toilet Repair in Seattle WA

These guys are amazing! I was prepared for a very expensive fix but they were able to find the problem quickly, and fix it way under what I thought it could have been. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and very responsive. Tyler was great on site with his crew and Jeramiah is extremely responsive, professional, and follows through when you call for an appointment. THANK YOU!!!

Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Stellar Plumbing - Stellar Experience!!!

Jeff (the owner) was very responsive.  He was at our house within the hour as he happened to have another appt cancel, came with the correct tools, correct supplies (see below) and a very courteous demeanor.  He even took his shoes off when he came into our house.  Pricing was more than fair - especially when I had already looked at other plumbers here and on Angie's List - they were asking for $200/hr.  Stellar blew that away and I was happy to write the check!!!

The repair and reinstallation work that he performed was very tidy, clean and was truly the work of a journeyman plumber who takes his work seriously.  He even noticed that the supply lines were not installed correctly and saved us from a serious bathroom flood!  Jeff didn't try to upsell us.  In fact, we asked him, 'while you're here, can you please take a look at this?'  He re-installed our new dishwasher, fixed the drain vent setup and was just fantastic at explaining things as he went along.

We recently moved back into our home in Redmond, WA after having been gone for (7) years.  It was a rental during that time and we had quite a few upgrades done during our move back in.  The sinks that were installed in our granite counter tops didn't marry up to the original drainage stems (part that sticks out of the wall).  After beating my head against the wall trying to get things to work, trying to get the faucet plungers to work correctly on these very fancy models we bought (Kenzo Price Pfister), etc. I needed to call a professional.  I'm so glad that I did and even more glad that it was Stellar that I called.

Replaced all 6 of our bathroom sink valves. There were plastic, cheapo, and dripping. Done in 40 minutes. Wonderful, friendly plumber. Had a long waiting list (3 weeks for me) but I guess that's a testament to demand + quality :)

Great service! Friendly, quick & old school West Seattle.  Price was beyond fair!  Nice to now have a guy for that!  Replaced our corroded kitchen drain line & we are very happy!

I had a shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. I was finally tired of it and called Maple Valley Plumbing. They were at my house in 30 minutes. The project was bigger then I had expected, but the tech did a great job and kept me posted throughout the process. I will call MV Plumbing the next time I need assistance.

We hired Erik to investigate and repair a couple of leaks (one with water spots on the garage ceiling; another in the water heater). He was able to diagnose both issues immediately (leaky toilet; failed soldering in a pipe joint) and fixed both issues in under an hour. Honest and professional -- would highly recommend.

We feel like Sam will be our go to guy now. Came quickly and fixed our drain problem. We've had several different companies out over the years we highly recommend All Ways!

Very happy with my experience. Needed a water heater moved temporarily while a bunch of water leak repair work was completed. Elvis and Tim(?) were friendly,  efficient, and accommodating. Wound up needing a new water heater due to leaks detected when they came out to reset the old heater. Unexpected work that they shoehorned into their schedule without issue. Highly recommend!

Everything was 5 star! The receptionist was very pleasant and sounded like she was eager to help. She got us in last minute and was able to give me an idea of cost. My kitchen sink was plugged and they snaked it for us. The guy gave my husband tips on how to avoid it in the future. Very pleasant experience and hopefully won't have to use them again. But will definitely recommend!

Great company. One of the most responsive for my project. I needed a bathroom faucet /p-trap pipe replacement for a pipe clog issue. They scheduled quickly, the team was on time, respectful and performed the work to utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

Beau and team were top notch!  Good price and great communication. Totally recommend.  Even took the time to camera the pipe again at the end to show their completed work. Replaced/reworked the landscaping when done and I already have grass fully grown after two weeks. Can't even tell we had work done. Well done guys!

Work was done by Tommy. He quickly identified the cause of the leak we had and fixed it. He also replaced a recirculation pump. He double checked his work and made sure he'd answered all my questions. He was very professional.

Found a leak in the line that goes to the frig. Texted at about 1pm. They immediately responded and had a tech out here by 3. Fixed the problem with a very fair price. Great tech and fast response. Will definitely call them next time we need plumbing and if we have another emergency!

I used Blake Plumbing on an emergency repair. They came out quickly and made the repair that evening. Great service, reliable, honest and clear diagnosis.  Scheduled them to return for some routine work I need done. I highly recommend.

We bought a house and the toilet in our upstairs guest bathroom had a crack in the tank, so we figured it was time to replace it. They came out on schedule and got us up and running within the hour. Great experience with Mr Rooter service on sump pump basin and pump repair. They came out the next day for a reasonable estimate.within a week, they got the parts and a crew of three people showed up on time to do the repair. They cover the room with tarp, wore booties and masks during the whole time. They finished on time and kept the place very clean.no extra charge. Would recommend them for sump pump repair

Dep Singh a plumber-in the Kent area responded to an evening call to resolve an immediate need to clear a clogged drain system in one the units at our 4 plex.  He was very professional and obviously very adept with his skills as a plumber.  He was articulate and kindly negotiated a fair price for his plumbing services.  It was a messy job cleaning the line but he was industrious and left a happy tenant with  a resolved plumbing issue.  
We will definitely call Dep Singh again for plumbing services.  He works for the Vortex plumbing Company.  Thank you for your promptness and taking care of business promptly!!  I highly recommend his integrity and skills when in need of a plumber.   Annette

The single most horrendous customer service experience I've had in my life.

I turned on my heat a few weeks ago for the first time since probably March or April. When I discovered the lack of heat coming into the house, I opened the utility closet for the first time in as many months. I tried a few things on my own at first, but having maybe even a novice's level of plumbing/HVAC knowledge, I began calling around to see who could come take a look at it.

Southwest Plumbing was the only available company who could take a look at it within the same week. Other companies were booked solid for weeks on end, mainly due to issues similar to mine with the weather suddenly turning colder and heating units gathering dust for the past several months. Southwest said they could come out Friday. Great, I thought - much faster than anyone else could.

Friday comes along and I get no call. It's 5:30 pm and I'm home from work, still cold. I called Southwest and they told me they had to reschedule until Monday because they had no one available. This was where I began to get annoyed. No call, no offer to reschedule, no attention to customer service whatsoever.

But I was willing to live with it through the weekend. Monday would be here soon enough, I thought.

Monday comes, and this was where things began to get inexcusable. They had too many calls and not enough technicians, so they had to push things back yet again. This would be the trend for the rest of the week, until they actually could send someone out. Three times they had to reschedule, until Thursday, when they finally sent two people to come fix my heater.

First, the price of the fix was way higher than I ever would've considered. It was $932, because the circulation pump needed to be replaced. I was hesitant at first, but I agreed to pay it to just get this situation to go away and to have functioning heat in my home again.

Dave and Mike leave my house and tell me it'll take 30-40 minutes for the heat to recirculate and start working again. I wait 30-40 minutes and turn it back on.

No heat.

I called Southwest's dispatch, and they said the two guys could come back that night around 9. This is a Friday, and it's beginning to affect plans I've made. They come back, tell me they know what the problem is, and not to worry, they'd fix it right up. I asked what the problem was, and I got an overly technical and garbled response. I didn't find that reassuring.

I waited until they told me the issue was fixed, and again, their explanation was it would take 30-40 minutes for the heat to return.

Spoiler alert: It didn't work. Again. And not only did it not work, but my hot water was beginning to get colder as well. Whatever they did, they managed to not fix the problem, and make my hot water suffer as a result.

My patience was being tested at this point, and I normally have a fair amount of patience in dealing with these things. Getting angry, I've found, does not help anyone get the job accomplished. I shouldn't have to feel like I need to scream and yell at someone to get a job done - let alone one that I've already paid for.

Last week, the company rescheduled on me again. And again. And again. Last Wednesday, they called and said they could have someone come out first thing Friday, and the problem would be fixed with no additional charge to me, no matter what it was.

Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, my girlfriend and I wake up at 8 to let the other technician, Bobby, in the house. He manages to fix my heat and tells me the original installation of the pump was done incorrectly, which is why the heat wouldn't circulate even after the convenient wait time of 30-40 minutes after the original guy had left the scene.

So not only was I being constantly lied to about the scheduling side of things, but I also was dealing with a level of technical incompetence that I hadn't previously dealt with in these matters. It would be impressive if it wasn't so goddamn infuriating.

When the heat was finally restored by Bobby, he said everything should be taken care of - the hot water, the heat, everything. There was finally hot water coming out of the shower and sinks. Finally, sweet relief, I thought.

But, no. Sweet relief would be short-lived.

The hot water, as I discovered the following morning, ran out almost immediately after running hot for a few seconds. It turned lukewarm to cold in another minute.

I called back Southwest and let them have it this time. After another rescheduling snafu, they sent Dave and Mike back out to have one more look at things.

Their assessment: a broken valve that would be another $700 to fix. I laughed in their faces and told them I'd take it up with their manager.

TL:dr - Do not use this company unless you enjoy being put through a special kind of hell. They're beyond terrible in every aspect of business.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating will not provide estimates, even when it is reasonable to do so. We had a leaking toilet. My wife tried to get an estimate to replace the flush mechanism and float. Unfortunately she agreed to let them come without securing some ballpark cost for the work. They provided a $600 estimate to do the work. Meanwhile, I called Beacon Plumbing another local outfit that gave me a $200 estimate for the same work. We were out the $108.41 visit fee, and I refuse to ever call them again. When I called to complain about this shakedown, I was informed that my wife's call to them was recorded, and if we didn't pay the site visit by the next day then it would be sent to collections.

FYI - I eventually bought a new toilet at Lowes. When the Lowes installer showed up, he asked me why I was replacing the toilet then proceeded to tell me all it needed was a $5 gasket.

You don't want to do business with these PSP&H characters!!!
