I needed an outdoor outlet of 240v 20A to install my electric heater. I hired Red Line Electric Service and they did a great job wiring from electric box in garage all the way to backyard and installed the heater properly. I'm very satisfied the result. Would recommend the service.

Luminaire is great.  They seem to always be able to fit into my schedule and have always been able to take care of what ever electrical issue I am having.  One time there was a hiccup with a job and they stayed on it until it was fixed...maybe the most impressive thing.  I would definitively use them.  Good job guys!

Pasha and co did a fantastic job installing an EV outlet in my garage. The electrical panel was in another room, but Pasha routed the wire through with minimal cut to the drywall. There was attention to details at every step. I'd definitely hire again for future projects.

After buying our first home, we needed to have some electrical work done. Jesse, the owner, was prompt in returning my emails and scheduling an appointment. Alex and Damien arrived on time for our appointment, quickly completed the work, and then provided us with options and a thorough explanation of some additional work that needed to be completed so we could have a new water heater installed safely. They answered all of my questions and were great to work with. They will be our go to electricians!

We hired Justin for an installation of NEMA 14-50 in our garage. He had great communication and was very professional. At our request, he provided us with a clear estimate for this job. We found it very easy to work with him and communicate via email and text throughout the entire process. After the work was done, he also followed up with us to make sure the L&I inspection was completed as well. I'd definitely recommend him!

Liem and James showed up for the bid and the work on time and delivered exactly what we asked for. The scope of work was straight forward; an upgrade to the existing electrical panel from 100 amps to 200 amps and general tidy up of electrical wiring that was quite a mess. They both worked tirelessly for 14 hours straight in ice cold temperatures to make it happen.

Communication was easy and straight forward throughout. Pricing was reasonable. It doesn't get any easier and better than that. Would highly recommend.

Update 1/27/2017: We had to re-ground our electricity due to a replumbing of our whole house. Liem came around again to do this for us very quickly and also fixed up a few of our electrical outlets while here. Great follow up of the initial service provided at no additional cost. He came promptly and did the work.  It is easy to find electricians to do work before they are paid, harder to find electricians also providing great follow up after the job has been completed. I also wanted to add that Liem was quick to arrange permits and inspection of our initial job as needed by the City. He made the whole process very simple and straightforward which I greatly appreciated.

Had some work performed by Valor Electric for the first time in 2017 to rewire my house that we discovered had knob and tube. My husband just passed away and It was a tough time for me.Victor came and he had so much compassion by how he talked to me and explained to me how the process and details were. I hired them again to help me rewire a 3 bedroom 1 bath addition that I am currently building. I am very impressed with the company. They were extremely professional and courteous. Seth was great.  Reliable and reasonable.  Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician.  Would highly recommend.

Installed wiring for a new heat pump. They charged me a fixed price ($700) even though the work was easier than usual due to the house layout. Not really happy about that, but the work was good.

I hired them to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, and because they were all old we decided to update the innards of all 3 toilets. But they (2 people showed up for some reason) tried to get me to pay before the work was done and tried to convince me the toilets all worked fine when they didn't (had to hold the handles down for 5+ seconds to get a full flush). They adjusted the chain length and when that didn't work the boss said there was nothing else they could do, other than sell me new toilets. Fortunately the junior plumber spoke up and explained that the new flappers were designed to close more quickly for high efficiency toilets, and also that they had different flappers in the truck that might work. He got them and put them on and everything worked fine again. So two stars because the junior guy was reasonable and got everything working.

These guys are fantastic!
Okay, so how many people can say they are super pleased with their electrician?  If you want a great experience and need work done....these guys are the ticket.

David is a mensch, and a careful, efficient and effective electrician.  He responded to a sunny Sunday afternoon voicemail of distress in under 15 minutes and was at our location 15 minutes later.  He diagnosed our issue carefully and after assuring himself that the fix wouldn't cause other problems, got the job done and the power running again.

North Star Electric is great. Rob is a wonderful guy who takes time to listen and define what your needs are ( outdoor lighting)  and makes a careful plan including a detailed account of what the cost would be. The work was done very well by his electricians , they were both careful and respectful, I received a follow up call to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction I highly recommend their services.

Brian's work was prompt and efficient, and he solved our problem in no time at all.  We had two electrical outlets that had gone out, and he figured out that it was connected to the hot water faucet by the kitchen sink.  I was very impressed that he figured that out from not knowing how the house was wired in the first place.  Quick and impressive work!  He was also polite and professional and explained everything to me clearly.  His rates are also more than fair.  True expertise.  Very highly recommended!

I was told that the job for the first hour is $199. The electrician was done in 20 minutes and our final bill was $315. The job was to just disconnect the alarm system so no extensive or extra materials was needed. Totally got ripped off and will never use them again.
