The technician came out very professional and knowledgeable answered every question I had and gave more information that helped me prevent a MAJOR mistake as a DIYer. These guys are top notch in the Electrical Industry in Tacoma WA. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!

Some reasons why I chose Merv over other electricians:
- when I called an electrician picked up and scheduled an estimate with me right away instead of having to speak to a scheduler like other big companies
- they arrived promptly and didn't try to up sell me.
- the price quoted was fair
- the electrician worked with me to figure out an innovative solution to my issue when other places recommended I more expensive solution
- the electrician talked me through the process and educated me as he worked

Daniel did three different jobs for us outlets, dimmers and mounted a TV which required electrical, drywall patching and hanging.

He was super friendly and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Finish Solar!

Kevin was very thorough and professional! He listened to my needs/wants and provided feedback. I had 3 new outlets installed in the kitchen - price was comparable to other bids that I received.  I was kept up to date throughout the entire process and have already scheduled and job!

Tried booking an appointment with this guy but he was booked solid until the end of May. However, he did spend time with me on the phone and recommended another electrician.

Still this guy has the best record but the wait was too long before he could come out here.

This is an honest person and you should call here first before looking elsewhere.

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

BJ at Linder was awesome!   Got a call back right away, got an appt the next morning and he showed on time!   I gave him many items on my list and he was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. That's a big deal when you're paying by the clock. Thanks BJ and Linder. I'll be back!!

Incredibly thankful for the service from 24/7 Electrical. I worked with Emir, one of their electrical service technicians. Not only did he bail us out of a jam after I thought I could do it, coming over and patiently repairing the wiring that I pulled out and mislabeled; but he also went above and beyond to expertly explain what happened and where so I could prevent myself from making the same mistake in the future. Big thanks to the team at 24/7 for sending Emir over, should we need any future electrical work done, we'll be giving you a call! Highly recommend.

My house had a long list of electrical issues.  In one hour Oreo fixed them all!  He seems to have a magic touch -- lights and outlets that I had spent a lot of time troubleshooting, he got working again in no time.

Note that I live in a manufactured home, and an older one at that.  Other electricians whom I had contacted first would not even come out for a quote because of this!  But with only one day's notice, Oreo came out and did the work, in one shot, with no need for a quote and no reservations due to it being an old manufactured home.

I've had a lot of experience working alongside Northstar Electric at the projects I manage in south Seattle.  The electricians are prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable.  Adam is the professional who handles our bidding and he is a friendly and informative face that knows how valuable both our time can be.  The business side of the operation is handled by the big boss man Rob Kingsley and Tim Stidham.  

Rob is one of the most positive businessmen I've ever met and his outlook on staffing the very best and keeping them happy has built the most reliable electrical contracting business I've dealt with in 12 years of property management.  I strongly recommend calling them, they will have your interests in mind when they show up and they are always informative and able.

Our basement bathroom lost all power - not good - at the same time my neighbor's were having electrical work done.  The husband walked over and asked the electrician if he could stop by and take a look.  Not only did he make time for us, he found the broken connection, fixed it and was out the door in under an hour.  Really nice guy, fast, honest and affordable work.  What more could you want??

I was looking for a professional, no hassle, honest local electrician and after reaching out to half a dozen local businesses John responded the quickest and provided the best quote.  All other quotes were way out of range for the install and some required an initial visit - even though I provided photos, location and other specific details.

The job was to install a 50amp receptacle panel box Nema 14-450R 125/250V that I had purchased.  It was not a big job, and all that was required was an additional breaker, while the box was to be installed right next to the breaker box about 3 feet away.  All I did was provide photos and John was able to come out the very next day without an initial visit.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, quick and above all honest.  The install took about an hour and I now have a trusted local go to electrician.  In short, speed, value, and workmanship rocked.

If you have a residential electrical job, you have to consider going with John and Sparks Electric!

I highly recommend Daniel for his customer focus. Of the half dozen businesses I contacted late in the evening, he was the first to respond.

Daniel was busy and unable to come in to take care of an outage on a number of outlets. He suggested it may be a simple fix and asked me to try a few tips over the phone, which worked. He also gave me ideas on how to fix a programmable light switch which I was able to do on my own. Daniel saved me $$ and got me up and running. Thank you!!

I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

Full disclosure: we did not use this company's services. We were recommended to these people by a friend, but couldn't believe the quote they gave us. The guy who came out was super nice and friendly....however, he told me about 5 different things that needed to be done because they weren't to code and quoted me 4k above what actually does NEED to be done. I'm so glad we got other bids, because we almost tore our house apart to do these repairs because the guy made us believe nothing was to code for the city or that they were so dangerous our house would burn down. Will not recommend!!

Hunt's quoted me over 2k for about 3 hours of labor. Luckily I found not the company to do the job at 1/3 of their quote. However, they did happily take my $99 service fee to give me that insane quote.  Be wary.

I wasn't as lucky. After reading the great reviews, I called MD Electric to come to my house and repair my standby generator. I was specific describing my problem and was told they could fix any thing. I had to wait a week or so for them to find and opening for me but that was pretty good timing compared to most I had called.
They ( 2 electricians - 1 I was told a trainee ) arrived promptly on time. I showed them all the panels and generator and left them to work their magic. I checked on them a couple of times but saw they were having difficulty so I stayed away.  
After 2 hours, I looked out to see they were packing up to leave. I thought to myself, OH BOY! I won't have to go without power in the upcoming wind storm.
I went out and they presented me with a bill for 300+ dollars and I asked them what they found. They informed me that they could go any farther trouble shooting as the starter had failed and they were done for the day. I asked if they would wait until they fixed the generator and I had a total cost. I was informed by Aaron? that I had to pay up to date now and they would get back to me. I requested them to provide estimates for me on a new panel and surge protection before they left and asked when they would be coming back to finish the job. I was told they would get back. After a big wind storm and having to go again without power, I called to find Aaron in the office. He informed me all hios help wasn't able to come in due to the storm and he would get back to me.
It has now been a few weeks and still nothing. I wound up calling a factory rep as I should have in the first place. The factory rep fixed the generator in 15 minutes and found and replaced a bad breaker at my transfer panel. Everything works as it should now and the factory tech only took less than an hour.
I can only relate my experience. But my main issue is that these folks left me without power in an emergency and never bothered to follow up to fix my problem or to see that I was taken care of. They rendered my generator totally inoperative and left me hanging.
I can understand having a bad day but to just leave and ignore a customer after they had started the job; To charge for services not rendered ( made the problem worse and still demanded payment) is not what I would call a reputable company.
Take this for what it is- one person's experience - and combine with the rest to decide but I will not be using or recommending this Company.

NEVER even got a call from them after signing up at Costco. Called them twice to see what the hold up was - - - no return call.  I would have rated them a ZERO, but my iPad required a rating number in order to comment.  ZERO. ZERO. ZERO.
