Best Gas Line Services in Seattle WA

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Electrician
Seatown did a great job updating several outdated aspects of my home built in 1987.  The technician was knowledgeable and things went smoothly, and he was good about working with my schedule as we were moving and having floors redone all during the same tight period of time.  He replaced several breakers, several outlets, moved two outlets and added an outdoor outlet.  I did feel like it was a bit expensive, but I would use Seatown again.

Eco Electric & Plumbing Electrician
Brandon and Deacon installed a QuietCool (whole house fan) in our house and we are so happy! Their service was excellent before the job. They arrived on time, did quality work, showed us how to work our new fan, and cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they were there.  And the fan is AMAZING!

Hunt's Services Electrician
We recently had an issue with a shutoff valve/water line. I was able to call and speak to a plumber on the phone to get an estimate for the time involved and cost. It ended up costing almost double, partly because when he arrived there was more work necessary to repair the issue.

There were a few communication issues with getting the estimate, so I actually didn't know how much it would cost until he arrived. But, it needed to get fixed, he arrived early (with a call ahead), repaired the problem, and was on his way. It was also nice that they were able to send someone out the same day I called.

Overall, it was a good experience, but I am taking away one star because communication between the office people, myself, and the plumber could have been a bit better.

Beacon Plumbing Electrician
After an arduous, end-of-the-week Friday afternoon commute from Redmond to Lakewood, I got home and found out, the toilet won't flush. I called different shops and Beacon was the most prompt and helpful place around. Will and Stormy were at my house, armed and ready with tools, within 2 hours. With a smile and a unbreakable can-do attitude, these two gents got right to it and started to clear the line of obstructions. Right away they found the issue: my line was completely obstructed by roots and rock. Will was able to communicate clearly and sympathetically what the next steps were. After a mild panic attack seeing that this job just got a whole lot more expensive, Will and Stormy got right to it, digging five and half feet down to the obstruction. Turns out, when you transition from one pipe size to another, they make these nifty things called couplers. And, turns out, the company who installed the sewer line failed to use said coupler. Roots had wormed into the line bringing rocks and detritus along for the ride. Once again, Will and Stormy got right to it. Tirelessly, they worked until the job was done and my toilet flushed perfectly. I cannot say enough to praise these guys. Will and Stormy, you guys are rockstars!

DEAR Services: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Electrician
I was recommended to DEAR by my HOA's community manager, so I called them up to put in a mini-split heat pump system in my condo. The saleslady they sent out, Robyn, flattered and pressured me, and I fell for her sales pitch and agreed to the pitch. The price seemed a little high at the time, but even more so when I looked around (turns out $24,000 to install three heat pumps is a lot more than normal). Additionally, they told me that they had worked other units in my complex before and getting HOA approval would be a snap. So I wrote a couple checks and told them that once HOA approval came in we could go.

A few weeks went by and my HOA didn't respond to my requests (putting the lie to the assurance that they'd worked with my HOA before!), but DEAR went ahead and cashed one of my checks without clearance to do any work. I called the saleslady and she refused to help me at all. I kept pushing on my HOA and eventually they rejected the architecture request for mostly legitimate reasons that I wasn't previously aware of. I ended up having to call my bank's fraud department to get my money back since DEAR had clearly established they wouldn't be reasonable with me.

Don't call them. Don't talk to them. Don't even get a quote from them for comparison purposes (they'll charge you $99 for that! and they won't have a competitive price anyway). Avoid DEAR at all costs. Use anyone else instead. I didn't read the negative reviews of them until it was too late. I only hope that you, the reader of this review, still have time to avoid them.

(also, despite what the yelp info says, their staff did NOT wear masks)
