This is my first online review...ever. I am so happy to have found Green Planet Plumbing and Marcus. We had two plumbing companies come out before Marcus and Green Planet, and were charged A LOT of money for misdiagnosed problems and we really don't care attitudes. Marcus and Green Planet DOES CARE. He was committed to finding the problems AND solutions, charged us very reasonable fees, was friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with. We won't go anywhere else from now on. In addition, Jeremiah in the office responded to our requests for service in a timely fashion, sent us reminders and updates, and was all around very communicative and helpful as well. He came over on initial visit, diagnosed the problem, came back 3 days later (when we had someone at home) and knocked out the problem, fixed the issues, and was a pleasure to interact with. Both he and the lady who schedules his time were professional and a real breath of fresh air!!!!

Unresponsive and unreliable. The owner Dave returned my call, we discussed the project, and he asked me to text him with my contact info as a reminder, so he could come over and do the project the next day. I texted him every day to remind him and ask if he was coming that day, and he told me each day to check back tomorrow. Finally a week later he's now stopped returning my texts. Terrible way to run a business.

You can tell from my reviews (and it's been awhile) that I rarely give out 5 star reviews but Erik deserves it. Prompt on calling me back (on a Friday late afternoon) and was able to get a very nagging clogged pipe unclogged the next day. I have no idea of costs to fix these type of things but what he quoted and charged me for seemed super fair. Especially after all the horror stories I read about Mr. Rooter and Beacon completely ripping people off.

Thanks Erik for allowing us to do laundry and dishes (and not out of the bathtub!) after a week down.

If there were ten stars available, I'd give them. Yesterday I was caught in a bind when a homeowner in a building I manage brought in a handyman to do a plumbers job inside their condo, then required me to cover when the handyman couldn't complete the job. Tech City responded to my urgent call in a professional manner using Covid required equipment and finished the job within a couple of hours of my call to everyone's satisfaction.
I've worked with Tech City now for a few years and can't say enough about their strong knowledge of plumbing and construction in general. I often receive feedback from clients I've sent them to and receive only positive feedback about how much they liked working with their team as well.  Sure glad we met this group.

American Leak Detection is one of the most professional and trustworthy companies in our area. As a long time realtor, I have known of their stellar reputation for years, and recently having used them again, I can say, the service and knowledge is unsurpassed.  Curt was beyond helpful with trouble shooting my radiant heat pipes (in concrete) and he provided information that numerous and major heating contractors had not suggested.  I will always recommend this company and have never had a better experience.

Had a water leak near my meter. They were one of many companies I reached out to for a quote. Theirs was the fairest and they were able to get to me the next morning!

The two guys that came did a great job.

Would recommend using this company for plumbing needs.

3/2/20 UPDATE - Eric the owner reached out to me and asked if they could try to make it right (thank you Eric).  He sent out a wonderful technician - Brandon - who, on 2 SONS' DIME, first replaced the drippy faucet. Within 2 minutes of him walking out the door, the faucet started dripping again - and he deduced that there must be something wrong with the heating unit (which he immediately replaced).  Voila!  Issue fixed!  Thank you Eric AND Brandon for coming back and making this not only right - but creating a MUCH BETTER customer experience!

I own an instant hot water faucet in my kitchen which started to intermittently drip even when not used.  Through my home warranty - two separate plumbers from Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing were dispatched to my house to diagnose and make the repair.  The first plumber - John - didn't actually see the faucet drip, but told me to record a video of it dripping, and initiate another service call where he'd get home warranty approval and install a new faucet.  Within 24 hours the faucet leaked - I recorded a video as instructed - and then took a 2nd day off work to have Elliott the plumber come out to my house - watch the video and say, yeah...these things drip - it can't be fixed, and I'm not going to replace it.  WHAT?????????  So a $75 Home Warranty fee and 2 full days of work off without pay...and I'm screwed with the same drippy instant hot water faucet.  2 sons plumbing can go to H _ L L from my point of view.  2 sons,  with two completely different stories that provided absolutely NO resolution to my plumbing issue and NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!  Consider some customer service training.....

Called them for an issue with a pipe backing up from washing machine discharge. A technician was at my house within a couple of hours. Ultimately an oxidized pipe was diagnosed and replaced in a timely manner. Every contact was a great experience. Easy to work with.

If you are looking for a plumber, I cannot recommend Blake Plumbing in Renton enough.  Aaron, the owner, provided customer service that went above and beyond.
From now on, they are the only plumbing service I will call or recommend.

We hired Jose because our toilet bowl was leaking, and he ended up replacing a few worn seals and our broken valve. He was quick, efficient, and thoughtful - and a really good price ($225 for all time & materials, including the new valve and cord and seals). This is the second time we have called him and we plan to use him for all plumbing issues going forward.
Highly recommend JV Plumbing.

Josh and Landon called to say they were on the way and arrived promptly first thing to get started. Josh sized up the situation with old, corroded venting and poorly-installed sewer pipes. He proposed solutions, they gathered the parts, and they had the jobs completed in under 5 hours!

I can't state strongly enough - If you need a plumber, call Wezee's Plumbing! They're responsive, clever, friendly and perform Really Good Work!

Wow!! These guys didn't mess around. Free estimates(hard to find). Honest(harder to find). Arrived on the day and time scheduled. Worked quickly and cleaned up and left no trace besides working drains!!! Ben and Nick made a great team with positive approach and a real can do attitude. We didn't even get another quote after meeting these guys. Never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to the next time I need plumbing/drainage or heating/ac repair but I am looking forward to working with this company again. Steve (manager or possibly owner) was so great to make us feel totally taken care of in the end. A real stand up guy. Thank you guys!!! We appreciate having honest guys like you fix up our lil old house. This frown has been turned upside down!!!

We had to deal with a plumbing emergency a month ago. Thomas was one of the first plumbers to call us back. He worked with our schedule to fix the issue. Great communication, final price matched initial estimate. We will definitely work with him again!

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed and I had the part already. I had another plumber come out and look at it who wanted to use their own part and replace two other parts even though there was nothing wrong with them. Mr. Rooter came out and did what I asked them to do for half the price the other guy wanted. I would use thwm again.

My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex gave me a call back right away. They had the best price and they had the availability to come out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

I was doing a large remodel on an older rental home I own and wanted to re-pipe the whole house. Allred's was recommended to me by the plumber I had used for years for smaller jobs. Good recommendation! Because I was replacing old, galvanized pipe of a small diameter, the permitting process required that we install a new water meter to handle the increased load. The city did that part; and then Allred's did all the rest, including piping, water heater, fixtures, and installation. The crew was fantastic (and tidy!) and kept me informed at every step. This job went on for a few weeks, with lots of other subs in and out of the house; but Allred's was right there when we needed them. They even installed a new, stubbed-out, ready-to-go valve system for my irrigation crew to connect their new piping to. They couldn't believe that a plumber would do that! Made their job easy, too, which saved me money. One of the things I appreciate about them is how they treat their employees and furnish great benefits. That costs a company money, but it also allows them to hire the best employees. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

During the recent snow storm I had an issue and needed to replace a water faucet in my garden. It took them less than 45 minutes to do so and still charged me $902 plus $59 for opening the wall!!! When I asked about the amount, they told me it's a fixed fee that could not be adjusted regardless of it being a simple fix. Stay away, they promote heavily promote on the yellow pages cover. I plan to report them across other sites and bureau. Beware: They also make referrals to other companies that are also overcharging their services.

I had the privilege of almost being taken advantage of by these clowns.
I needed a gas line(plastic) repaired after punching a hole in it by accident. The guy shows up and says he has never worked on plastic gas line before. He calls the office and comes back with a quote for $1400 . WTF
I laughed and told him I will fix it myself and went to Home Depot and purchased the exact same part to repair it. I fixed it in less than 10 minutes.....
I am an Electrician and I know what a good screwing looks like. I even called them back to thank them for the education on the FLEECING OF AMERICA. You should be ashamed, Hunts. Every one has to make a living, but I have to sleep at night.....
