Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Dave was very responsive to my request for someone to update a small bathroom.  Everything but the shower was replaced, including the flooring, paint, vanity, etc.  This is an older home and remodels can be tricky when floors are not level, etc.  Dave has the experience to know how to handle unexpected issues.  I will hire Dave again for our next project.

I hired Ryan to repair a bad outlet under the sink that services the dishwasher and garbage disposal.  He replaced the outlet and then it had a new issue of being stuck on.  He claimed that it was like that because my wiring was damaged and would most likely require a huge project that involves going in my walls and re running wire and that it was outside of his area to do that kind of job.  I ended up calling an electrician to come take a look and it was a 10 minute fix with the issue being that Randy had wired it incorrectly.  A $200 expense turned into $365 thanks to paying Ryan to not fix the issue.
