Best Heater Installation in San Francisco CA
Thank you Fearghal for fixing all our doorbell issues! So punctual, transparent (texted me his rates), professional and personable! Would not hesitate to refer him or use him for any electrical issues again, excellent work!!

Johti quoted me a fair price, communicated well and did a great job. we had him install a ceiling fan, and he even vacuumed up the dust from the job before he left. i will use him in the future anytime i need an electrician.

John came in less than an hour first thing in the morning and saved me after a night of being up all night from a faulty smoke detector. He went and picked out a couple of options for replacement and came back quickly and let me chose. He rewired things so one faulty detector will not set off the whole house. He gave me a lot of helpful tips and figured out some other wiring issues in my house free of charge. His rates were reasonable, he was speedy and I will keep his card and call him again.

Wayne and his team were great. I needed an outlet converted to 220v which required a line run two stories down to the garage. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgable and got the job done quickly and well. The work was tidy and thorough and the rates were fair too.

It always feels good to support local businesses, but it's especially rewarding to support ones that are just getting started. When I went on Yelp looking for an electrician, Estiben and Brains Automation Homes didn't even have any reviews yet! It's always a little risky to go with a business with no reviews, but something told me Estiben knew what he was doing, and I can definitely say I made a good choice in selecting him for my home project.
I had been wanting to replace the old and ugly outlets and switches in my home, and decided to get a few quotes just to see what I would be getting myself into. Brains Automation Homes offered a competitive estimate and got the job done exactly as I had requested and quickly (I was able to schedule an appointment the same week I started looking for an electrician). It turns out Estiben is a one-man show breaking out on his own and trying to build up his business (hence, not many reviews). He's licensed, competent, and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned I might want to replace an outlet with one that had USB ports. As the business name indicates, Brains Automation Homes has experience with hooking up smart homes, so you know Estiben is knowledgeable about some of the latest tech.
For my project, Estiben arrived on time, was very polite, got the job done well, and cleaned up after himself. In all, he replaced two regular outlets, two outlet-switch combinations with GFCI, two double light switches, two single light switches, and a three-switch contraption in the bathroom that connects to the light, the fan, and a heater. The bathroom switch was a late add-on (I thought it might be too complicated), but Estiben had all the necessary parts, so he was able to take care of it then and there.
I have a few more electrical projects in mind, and I won't hesitate to contact Brains Automation Homes when the time comes.

I highly recommend Jaime for any electrical projects. I received few quotes for a project and Jaime was by far the lowest. He was also very responsive and quickly completed the project.

Stephen arrived on time. He was very friendly and thorough in his explanations for recommendations and pricing. I would recommend Service Champions without hesitation.

Quick to respond, fixed the problem immediately. Thank you! This is not the first job they did for us and won't be the last!

These guys are great. Received a referral to them from an emergency-only electrician (who was also great) and I was not disappointed. They've now done a few jobs for me:
- Replaced old knob and tube.
- Troubleshoot failed outlets and lighting.
- Repaired questionable work from other electricians.
- Rewired a few outlets to modern specification.
I started by having Miro bid for their work, for the first job. Recently, however, they have been so diligent and effective, that I just ask them to bill my for hours and materials (was $139/hr now $149/hr). Which I've now done for two more jobs.

I can't recommend Eric and his team highly enough.
I spent weeks, months trying to find a shop that could handle 1) AC panel upgrade, 2) 5-6 different 120V and 240V wiring (for us to convert from gas to electric for water heater, furnace, range, dryer), 3) manage the water heater install, 4) pull all electrical, plumbing, and building permits, 5) complete the scope on time and on budget to meet permit, tax credit, and state incentive requirements.
Eric and his team were professional and responsive; on budget and thorough; checked in often on feedback and design decisions; knew every inch of existing code and upcoming code changes; and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of these different appliances and buildings, the best cost/value/environmental benefit of each.
No other shop could have put eyes on everything we were trying to do on this whole home electrification project in a complex SF permitting environment and done such a great job in managing the project and me as a client.
6 stars out of 5!

Great experience to troubleshoot a malfunctioning light. Got immediate written confirmation of the appointment. Mikhail arrived promptly and explained what he was doing and why. He went over costs with me before proceeding with the fix and was in and out super quickly. Could not have been easier!

Eduardo did some electric work for me. Reasonable pricing, responsive, clean and competent work, and a joy to work with. I whole heartedly recommend RD Handyman.

Recently hired the heroes for a rental move out project that included patching up holes, installing towel rack, fixing broken window, etc. The whole experience was very professional and efficient. Rob, the hero, was great and made the place look like new. A definite recommend.

I needed some moderate electrical work done at my house. Oswaldo was super swift at reaching out working with my schedule and working me in to complete the job before I even expected it to be done. Oswaldo and his staff were respectful of my property and easy to talk too. I feel like the price was reasonable given the amount of work I needed a professional to do. Oswaldo even helped me pick out the proper devices and saved me money!

I just had a furnace installed by Service Champions. This will be short but to the point. If you need heating and/or air conditioning, these are the people to do it. Locally owned and outstanding employees...it was really a nice experience!

Darwin gave a fair price and promptly fixed our broken doorbell (due to a shot transformer). If I had known how quick and great he was, I would have reached out weeks ago!

Sid and his team are knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy. Bernard came out with 2 other electricians. They were on time, called before arriving, and confirmed the work to be done before starting. When upgrading our smoke alarms, they carefully laid tarps on the floor, wore booties over their shoes, and made sure everything was cleaned-up and back in place before they left. Bernard took the time to explain what they had done and left instructions and warranty info for the hardware. They came back recently to replace our motion sensor lights. With our current social distancing situation, they wore masks and performed the work without having to enter the house. It's great to be able to call on a local, professional, conscientious, and thorough organization like Sattler Electrical.

RB Electric is a wonderful family electrical business - hire them!
My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and we needed all new electrical. Our house is very old, from 1926 so it's cloth and tube.
We spoke with several companies and decided to go with RB Electic. The owner, Rigo, came out and walked us through what we needed. He is a pleasure to work with - clearly an expert at his craft and eager to provide a really good experience for us. We found his prices to be reasonable given the complexity of the work.
Rigo and his crew showed up on time and were ready to get started. Our job took an entire day and he had all of the materials (boxes, switches, etc) ready to go with him. They removed all of the old electrical and replaced it with new wiring and the correct boxes for the oven and fan hood. They worked very hard all day long and ask me a few questions along the way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years. Rigo and his crew are by far the best electricians I've ever worked with and we'll be hiring them again in the future. I highly recommend getting a quote from RB Electric and considering them for your electrical needs.
