Best Furniture Assembly in San Francisco CA

Jose Mendez came over to repair some wood on a sliding door.  He arrived at time, and once we showed him the project he made sure to ask if there was anything other projects he could address.  We showed him an outlet that stopped working, and he was able to fix that as well.  He was courteous, professional and did a great job on the sliding door repair.  We have used Handyman Heroes in the past and will continue to do so.

Oscar is extremely good, efficient, clean, and does professional high quality, detail oriented work, which makes him extremely busy.  It can be hard to get hold of him but it is worth it.  Rates are very reasonable and we are glad we were able to get him to do our work -- minor repairs, redoing trim.

Dave responded to my request for bid and proposal right away by quoting $2500 for the job.  Understand he hadn't even seen the job site at this point.  

So I came back and wrote, well that's a bid but what's your proposal?  What do you propose to do for that $2500?  To which he agreed perhaps he should see the site.  And I agreed and told him that my week was free, just name a date for the visit.

He never responded to that after more than a week had passed by.

Dave might be the best thing since sliced bread for fixing floor problems, but he's totally missing proper project management skills.  He doesn't seem to know what a request for bid and proposal means.  At least with me he didn't show that he did.

I do not recommend him because of his lack of management skills.

I'm very happy to find Bedr on yelp, great communication, showed up on time and did a perfect job install my bathroom cabinet and a few other things. Highly recommend!

He quoted us a very fair price for mounting our 55 tv above our fireplace, showed up on time, is professional, and did a thorough, top quality job. He came in the evening, which was great, and he is also a really nice guy.

We are SO glad we didn't go through Best Buy. For less than the quote Best Buy gave us to only hang the TV, Anthony provided the mount hardware, put up the TV, hooked up our cable / DVD / video game system, and then hung a gigantic frame for us that has been sitting on our floor for a year because we thought it would be $$$$ to have it professionally done. Everything is secure and perfectly, professionally done.

It's nice to give the money to a hardworking individual instead of a big corporation, and the quality of his service was better than what we would've gotten otherwise. THANKS, ANTHONY!

James teams are awesome!

I had a several small jobs that needed to be done for my new house.  I contacted a few contractors and handymen, they either didn't response to my calls or no reply after visit.  James replied my request within the same day and scheduled a visit the next day.  After walk through, he sent me a quote with labor and material cost of each job.  Those jobs took 3 days and 3 different teams to complete. Diego's team, Dwight's team, and Joe's team arrived on time each day.  They reviewed and confirmed all details before they started.  They were so professional and always clean up after they finished.  I highly recommend Diablo Valley Handyman and look forward to working with them again.

Mike was great in helping us assemble our furniture. What we particularly liked was his get to yes attitude and being very open with the different permutations and combinations of furniture placement and movement. He's also very fast and quickly understands the scope of the job. We also appreciate that he was masked throughout his few hours at our place. He's also very neat and organized. Thanks, Mike!!

The reviews aren't kidding. Mike is your one stop reliable handyman. We needed a dimmer switch fixed on some old wiring. We were going to be a little late and Mike was flexible with the time, keeping in touch by text. He showed up, figured out what was done wrong in the first place and replaced the switch. So simple! Thanks Mike! We'll call you again for the next fix.

We needed a swing hung. He was very accommodating as we determine what would be the best position. And he cleaned up debris after he was finished. Would hire again.
