I want to commend this company for above and beyond attention to the upgrade required on my old home, built in 1960.  I want to single out Omri, Benjamin, Mari for always getting back to me. In addition, a big giant shout out to Matias and his crew.  This crew was absolutely awesome, knew what was needed and provided such care in delivering a new upgraded panel in and outside of my home.  The PG&E representative gave this crew big kudos also and said he wished all of the panels he has to inspect were done just like at my house which made me feel good about spending my hard earned money. The process took longer than I expected thanks to all the rain this year and coordinating with PG&E but in the end, I am so pleased with the results.

Great experience to troubleshoot a malfunctioning light. Got immediate written confirmation of the appointment. Mikhail arrived promptly and explained what he was doing and why. He went over costs with me before proceeding with the fix and was in and out super quickly. Could not have been easier!

One of my Circuit Breakers tripped, and would not reset ,so part of my home was in the dark. I immediately solicited quotes from yelp and Boyes Electric  was not only one of the first to respond, but was able to set an appointment window for the next day as well. The prior reviews are in line with the service and support I received from Boyes. Borin was courteous, professional and very personable. His work was top notch. He diagnosed the problem quickly, whcih required him to enter the crawl space in our attic, and had the wiring issued fixed just as rapidly. To top off my experence, his pricing was fair. Excellent customer service from Yevgeny for the replacement of an outdoor light. Even when the light we purchased was defective, he came back and assisted us in installing a new one which he was able to provide. He also had many helpful suggestions on how we could improve the lighting in our home in the most cost effective way possible and was very pleasant to interact with. Would definitely recommend!!!

We recently purchased a home that turned out to have several electrical issues (porch lights not working, no power in half of our kitchen, etc.). We were very satisfied with Arafat's work- great attention to detail, excellent communication, highly recommend!

I had a minor issue at the house, which was to figure out why the doorbell from the outside wasn't working in one flat, but it worked for the other.  John came by on relatively short notice (which I greatly appreciated) and figured out the problem that another electrician couldn't (over the course of three hours!).  He not only identified the issue, he finished inside an hour and a half, and that included a quick run to get a part he didn't have.  Nice guy.  He's actually from San Francisco (rare), comes from a family of electricians, and definitely knows his stuff.  Would absolutely use him in the future and his rates are very reasonable.  

I saw a one star review and couldn't imagine John and his team leaving a mess or being unprofessional.  He absolutely knew what he was doing and explained what was going on well.  

As of this review, he only had ten reviews, but don't let the lack of review volume deter you from at least reaching out and getting an estimate from him!

I received excellent customer service from a gentlemen named Mike from Ongaro and Sons heating and Cooling...he was from the very start very warm and friendly and eager to solve my problem of putting in a new thermostat from a nested electronic system...he quickly solved the problem and installed the new thermostat and I am very grateful to him...he was on time and worked very efficiently and expeditiously.  Thank you Ongaro and Sons for a job well done!

This review is long overdue.  Last January 2013, our main circuit breaker panel exploded.  Luckily my husband was home and it didn't start a fire.  Needless to say, we had to find an electrician that could come out same-day.  Tony was recommended to us and he was able to come out within a couple of hours.  He immediately understood the problem, got to work with this team, and coordinated with PG&E.  The entire main panel had to be replaced and it took about a couple of  weeks.  Tony was able to recommend a general contractor to help with the stucco work and they did a great job too.  Tony kept us posted on progress and worked with the City Inspector to get the final permit signed off.  His pricing was very reasonable and we were extremely pleased with the final result.  In fact, after chatting with Tony about electrical and lighting issues in our kitchen, he made some great suggestions.  So, we had his crew fix the other electrical issues in our kitchen and install LED canister lights in our kitchen, dining room, and family room.

Fast forward to January 2014, we called Tony again about lighting in our pantry and backyard.  Again, Tony gave some great suggestions and we ended up having his team install lighting, plus a power outlet in our pantry, and extra lighting in our backyard.  All the work was done in a few hours.

If you're looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and reasonable electrician, we highly recommend Tony.    He and his team are professional, courteous, and committed to getting the job done right!

Brad Solinsky does great work. He is very conscientious about his work quality and goes the extra mile to deliver that. I hired him for a project that was very hard for us to schedule, but he said that he could do it at the end of the day the next Sunday, after completing another job. Unexpected issues came up, which extended the time beyond what any of us would have expected. He worked straight through to 1:00 am to finish it!

I'd call that extra mile dedication. Jenny is a delight, too. You'll work with her trying to schedule Brad. A word of caution: don't wait until the last minute to try to book.

I highly recommend hiring Bart and his sons for any electrical work you need. They are a fantastic team that truly knows their craft. Called because my space heater, kept tripping the fuses and I knew I needed to update the panel in our house a while ago so this was the day!
It turned out to be a huge job, rewiring the whole house plus add some plugs throughout. The estimate was significant, 10k plus, and the first guy told me he could do it all in one day and he could start the next day!
I was impressed. it turned out that would never happen. My whole house was broken open and they said they had to come back the next week.
I said, no way! I singed this quote with the guarantee of a one day job.
And after 5 calls with there sales team from the assistant to ,I think, the boss, they pulled 2 other guys from different jobs to finish everything that day. Not with one bad word, as it may sound, but normal respectful communication.
The 5 star rating is only because of these great guys who did this huge job! They worked a 12 hour day with a smile and delivered excellent work.
I would definitely recommend, but make a very clear agreement.

Aleco installed our Generac in June, 2020.  We are happy with its performance.  There were some glitches in the installation that were corrected, but they never set up the WiFi connection.  It was due for maintenance service this year, but Aleco does not provide that.  We spent over $500 with another company to set up the WiFi connection and service the generator.
