Kyle Steffenauer came and diagnosed our problems with our furnace. He replaced the motor which he had to drive to Concord to pick up. He also went above and beyond to clean the fan which was a real pain to do and also which wasn't even part of the motor replacement. All those tiny fan blades her cleaned took a lot of effort. I think MOST other people would not have cleaned that fan. He said he noticed my son has allergies and asthma and he wanted to do it for him. I'm so pleased with Kyle. Thank you Kyle!

Service Champions came out for regular servicing of the furnace and air conditioner.  My technician was Justin Starr.  I cannot say enough goods things about Justin.  He was on time, took time to introduce himself.  Discussed what he was going to do and got right to work.  When the inspections and service were done he reviewed what he found and included pictures.  He provided me with a sheet, which was a summary of his findings.
On all future calls to Service Champions I will be requesting Justin Starr as my service technician.
