I consider myself a pretty fussy & not easy to please customer and I can't say enough good things about Ongaro & their heating & plumbing services. We have used them to maintain our water heater & HVAC system for over 6 years. We bought a water heater from them, called on them to repair a broken water pipe which had flooded our house (they came out in less than 2 hours) & most recently to replace our 30 year old furnaces (which they help nurse until this point) & duct system. Their costs are very reasonable, their staff is the height of professionalism, they do what they say & they go above & beyond to accommodate us, the client. They raise issues, sometime before I even have a chance. I could say much more on the positive side & am hard pressed to find anything negative.

My house is old and typically once a year we have issues with our electrical. This time around (shortly before the holidays) we called our typical electrician and we never heard back. So we had to try a new company and thought we would give these guys a try. Eric from pacific coast came to our home last week. He made resolution to the issue at hand in abtimely manner, kept our home clean and offered us a preventative maintenance plan which I had never heard of prior. Great overall experience! We will definitely ask for Eric again
