These amazing people replaced a toilet in a rental unit in California while I was in Scotland!

I bought the toilet online at HomeDepot, Berkeley Home Repair picked it up, I explained the process to the tenants, I provided the door code, they installed it and sent pics, I paid online (all in all less than the previous company charged to just REPAIR the toilet), I was happy, they were happy, tenants happy. Why can't everything be this easy?

We have been very happy with Yevgeny's work. He has helped us with electrical issues and repaired a major gas leak in our home. He gave us realistic estimates on the cost of the project. He also was very patient with the many questions I had. Yevgeny is a very trustworthy man, and we feel lucky to have found him on yelp. (Many Contractors in the city won't call you back if the job is too small, but Yevgeny is really there to help out on the many issues that pop up in home ownership).

Are you looking for good old fashioned service and accoutability?I found it!!The folks at Ongaro and Sons, are amazing!!They did a full, itemized estimate, prior to service, and discussed everything with us in depth.They showed up on time, and eventhough they were faced with some issues my 1945 bungalow presented, and had to go over a full day,they stuck to the estimate.Everything was done beyond what was expected, by exceptionally skilled technicians, who were very clean and polite.What a pleasure doing business with them!!

Ted and team are great. They have done a variety of projects for us from a full kitchen remodel, tiling the basement, insulation and drywall, electrical and painting. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and does great work. I highly recommend him.

Pacific Coast's Reggie Ico installed 7 fixtures for us without any issues. Three outdoor and four indoor. He was punctual, friendly, respectful, and professional. He made extra sure we were happy with the locations of everything and the quality of work. The company made working with them extremely easy by quickly coming to the house and setting up the quote (Andrew was awesome) and then continually updating with texts and real time updates. We felt the experience was exactly what it should be and hope that other companies will step it up to try and meet and exceed the high quality of work that Pacific Coast provides.

I have to add my praise along with those who have experienced positive work done as well as managed by Adam.  Trevor arrived earlier than scheduled but only by approval by phone, which was awesome, and proceeded to do an exceptional job. Trevor offered constructive advice to my conceptual ideas. I have scheduled Trevor to return for future work and more importantly found a source I am more than secure and comfortable with.
