We needed some electrical work. We chose Sam because of his excellent reviews on Yelp. His reputation is well deserved -- he did what he said he would do, right on schedule! He relocated ceiling lights in our kitchen, added more, removed one ceiling fan and installed a new one, and wired a smart dimmer for our patio lights. All dry wall cuts were patched and matched to perfection, too. He insisted that our satisfaction was all that mattered and we could not be more delighted!

Had Chris come by today to install a bedroom ceiling fan and install a bathroom faucet. Its been awhile since we contracted his services, but pretty happy with the result.  Price quoted for the work was excellent. He worked quick, efficiently and the final installation looks outstanding.  Second time we've requested his service and can't be happier!

My kitchen and dining room lights stopped working along with my outside Christmas lights one day before New Years Day. Carlos came in,found the problem and replaced the part. I would recommend him to all friends and family , he's honest and his prices are reasonable, he's very friendly too !
