Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

I had a breaker that needed replacing, and tried Yelp to find a service provider. Simon's was close to my house, and there were no red flags in the review, so I tried them. Big mistake.
They required a $100 trip charge in advance,, sent a person with whom I couldn't communicate (he spoke Spanish only) and he didn't have the supplies to do the fix. When I called them, they apologized and made another appt with another repairman for the following day. So, one more afternoon off work to replace a breaker. The guy come in, fixed the breaker and left another bill for $74. When he gave me the final invoice, I saw my card was charged $103 instead of $100, obviously to cover the bank charge. They didn't mention it when they were taking the payment, though, and then referred me to the invoice I JUST GOT to explain to me the $100 was actually $103.
I drafted a payment through online banking and before it cleared (less than a week later), they were calling me to check on payment.
Avoid this firm if you can.

Our water system kept freezing up, and in an odd way. Kerrville plumbing tried different fixes, and we think we've got it right on the third try. So why the 5star rating?  It's a complicated problem, tough to identify and trial and error was the only way to solve it. And on try #2, the owner got personally involved. Also on try #3, and he was really wanting to solve it, so they came out early while things were still frozen.  We think it's solved now, and impressively, there was no charge after visit #1.  I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my second time using this company! Mike looked at my HVAC system for a routine maintenance and recommended HONEST repairs. Will only use this company again going forward.

Absolutely find another company to use! (You've been warned) I broke my back & needed a few light bulbs changed the bid total was over $7,000.00 the guy tried to replace Every single light fixture with LED fixtures when all I wanted was some lightbulbs changed. (No there is nothing wrong with ANY of the fixtures in this Million dollar home that is 4 years old. Then I took off from work for their plumbers (They said between 2-6) & they just called to say they can't make it anymore. And they Always try to sell you the VIP plan which is supposed to put you up at the top of the list. (Yes I bought it & it's a JOKE)

My property manager in Austin hired SALT and they charge $79 just to come out for 10 minutes.  Then they provided me with an invoice that had absolutely highway robbery pricing.  I think they charge about twice as much as someone more competitive I found.  Don't waste your time.
