These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

After talking to Daniella who call her selfthe boss  explained all I needed is an electration to come by and show me where is the PGFI outlet due to no power in couple of my plugs. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.

Called them to replace an HVAC System as they quoted the best price. There were some miscalculations that complicated the job and created some issues, but, they returned as necessary to correct all problems.
Only complaint I have is that they neglected to tell me that there was a 3% credit card charge fee.

Long story short.... Fox replaced 3 full HVAC systems in our home over the past two weeks and 2 OF THE NEW SYSTEMS INSTALLED BY FOX HAD GAS LEAKS. I was in the attic organizing Christmas decorations and noticed the gas smell. I immediately turned off the gas and called Fox. They had a tech out within 30 minutes and he identified leaks in two of the recently installed systems. One had been leaking for over a week!!!! I had difficulty with Fox during the scheduling process, but that pales in comparison to the dangerous situation they put my family in. Thank goodness my wife asked me to get out the Christmas decorations, otherwise we may have been in a terrible situation.

Our well needed to be completely rewired, new pot, new pump, add new water tanks, etc. Kerrville Plumbing was one of three estimates we got. They were quite a bit higher, but absolutely worth it.  You get what you pay for.  They are extremely knowledgeable, and for our job they used the highest quality products, the work is warranted, and we know it was done correctly the first time.  When we are ready to look at heat pumps or anything else related to plumbing, we will use Bill and his team.

Responsive, trustworthy, and reasonable. What more can you ask for? I have used them twice now for electrical work and will likely use them again in the future.

We had to have a water line rerouted. They had to go crawling around in both of our attic spaces and cut multiple holes in sheetrock to do this. They were so good at explaining everything they did, and they kept the holes to the minimum they could get by with. They were very professional and neat with their work. I would highly recommend Jon Wayne!

I've contracted with Salt L&E on two separate occasions, and could not be more pleased with the service provided or the work performed.  Every member of their team has been professional, competent and respectful of my home and my time.  I won't argue that the rate charged may be a bit higher than some of the competition but there is a lot of truth in the old adage about getting what you pay for.  With Salt L&E, what you get for your money is quality work and EXCELLENT service.  The service goes beyond just the electrician in the home, it includes the office staff as well.  I've never once been put on hold, or even gotten a voicemail recording when I have called with questions or to schedule an appt.  A special shout out to Beau (office team) and Tommy (electrician) for their stellar service and professionalism.
