This is a great group to work with. After dealing with another plumbing company who charged sky high prices and didn't resolve issues, we called Kerrville Plumbing and had the pleasure of having Ben, Steve, Daniel and Brian help us out. We've had several things repaired and the prices have always been fair, the work has always been high quality, and the customer service is excellent. I wish that I had read these reviews before I had my wife contact this company to come and work on our a/c. A simple fix has become a major ordeal.
Our system has had a slow leak in it for a few years. About every 2 years we need to get it charged up and then it operates just fine. This year the process has not been that simple.
I was out of town at the time our system stopped cooling so I had my wife contact Jon Wayne to come out and charge the system. She called them and they promptly responded to charge it. All was fine for about 3 weeks when all the sudden it stopped cooling again. The tech came out again and this time said some of the wiring was bad. I found this to be awful suspicious as it has never been a problem before. However, I told my wife to have them repair this to get it going again.
It worked fine again for a couple of weeks. My wife went out of town for a few days and came back to water dripping from the ceiling. A neighbor checked on the problems and found the drain to be clogged and water overflowing the drain pan. Along with this issue, our evaporator coil was now freezing up as well.
So to make a long story short... I now have a messed up a/c system that I need to get replaced, a few water stained walls to fix, and a bathroom ceiling that has to be replaced.

This company will never work on anything in my house again.

Nice guys but bad service. Be aware their drive up charge will not be included in an work charge - it is extra. Even a simple job of replacing an out side photo cell for tree lights (30-minutes of work) they charged a standard minimum job fee of $400. Turned out they did it wrong. They had to come back out - they sent a different guy who corrected the problem - but this cost me 2 extra hours out of my office. On top of that the second guy tells me the work the first guy did was wrong: he should have replaced 2 junction boxes (too old). So I told second guy go ahead and do it now. He said he can't I have to schedule a new trip at $400 more. I call customer service manager and he didn't care. Very bad service in the end.
