I needed a pool pump timer installed. I requested a bid on a Sunday, he responded within a hour. Came out the next day, and did a great job. Good prices and very professional. I just had the most wonderful experience getting an attic fan installed by Terrell Lemons Owner/Contractor With Better Days Contractor Services.  He worked flawlessly with my warranty company and installed a virtually silent fan.  It is working great cooling my attic.  He and his assistant were pleasant, polite and answered all my questions.  Terrell even made me a video of the new fan working so I did not have to get up in the attic.  He will be the first person I will call for any services I need.  I will also refer my friends and neighbors to him.

Be very careful utilizing this company. we agreed to a &79 dispatch fee then charged $320 for the technician basically confirming that yes there was two electrical meters for the property. Very poor customer service when they want to argue and you argue back they just hang up.
