Ace Electric Electrician
Cody and the gang were great. We had what I thought was a small job that might have turned into a BIG job. He worked with the power company to get it fixed quickly. Thank you so much!

Better Days Contractor Services Electrician
I just had the most wonderful experience getting an attic fan installed by Terrell Lemons Owner/Contractor With Better Days Contractor Services.  He worked flawlessly with my warranty company and installed a virtually silent fan.  It is working great cooling my attic.  He and his assistant were pleasant, polite and answered all my questions.  Terrell even made me a video of the new fan working so I did not have to get up in the attic.  He will be the first person I will call for any services I need.  I will also refer my friends and neighbors to him.

I would not recommend this company.  Although the guys were polite and upon my request, removed their shoes to go thru the house and cleaned up afterward (including taking the box and manual for the item that I purchased myself and had them install, hopefully I won't have to return it for the warranty), they were over 20 minutes late, installed an item without discussing it (a new outdoor receptacle cover upon replacing the receptacle), charged a $12 trip charge that when I received the quote was told was around $10 if over 20 miles (upon bringing to his attention that Gai said only if 20 miles or more & I am under  that, Rodney removed the charge), in addition to charging for the materials they used, they charged a misc materials fee of $6, so by my estimations, a charge of 15 minutes travel time that I was not informed of during the estimate inquiry ($196.88 total charge for 1hr for two guys to run wire in the attic for the floodlight @$157.50/hr and 15 minutes drive time @ $39.38) $157.50 x .25/hr drive time = $39.38 + trip charge $12 + outdoor receptacle cover installed without my permission $17.65 + misc material fee $6 = $75.03 less the removed $12 trip fee = $63.03 overcharge.  I would've given 3 stars as the work was okay, however when I called to inquire why I wasn't told the time started when they were on their way, in addition to the trip charge, & other charges (mentioned above as overcharges), Gai said she was the Office Manager and I could talk to her; however part way thru, she interrupted me, became loud, sarcastic &  defensive, said they have a 5 star Google rating with no complaints (which they do have complaints, albeit they are few, which is one reason I chose them); I remained so quiet thru it all, that she asked me several times if I was still there, to which I answered Yes and later, I'm still here, I was just letting you finish.  She then calmed down so I went on to say One of the points I was trying to make, is that you should inform people the time begins with the drive time as this was my first experience with an electrician, so I wasn't aware of that and I'm sure there are others who aren't aware, and when I first questioned the charge, you verified the trip fee and that the time starts with driving to the job location & not upon arrival. Then later in the conversation, when I mentioned it again and that Rodney had removed the $12 trip fee, you said you don't know what all they charge.  Additionally, an electrical outlet receptacle cover was installed without asking me first.  She then said the cover should not have been installed without talking to me, that she would review the bill when the guys returned with it that evening, issue me a credit although, since the credit card had already been charged, she didn't know how to issue the credit and would have to find out and call me back the next day; that was Thursday, today is Tuesday and I've yet to get that return call or credit, so they don't keep their word and their honesty is questionable at best.  As the Office Manager, she should be aware of basic charge such as the amount of the $12 trip fee and that it is always charged in addition to the always charge of $6 misc materials fee and - how to issue a credit back to the credit card!!  Thru it all, at no time was an apology given for her outburst, the lack of information/clarity or any misinformation given, the part installed without permission, or the tardiness of the workmen.  One last note - Gai stated that the guys hurried for me and did it in less time than it normally takes however, when she initially scheduled the appointment for 8:30 the next morning, they only had an hour between my appointment and their next one at 9:30, so...

Loved that they showed up with masks to protect our family, even though they didn't have to come into the house, they kept their mask on at all times.

They were able to answer my questions and fixed my problem within minutes.

Friendly and professional service!  I'll use them again for any future electrical needs.

Mister Sparky Electrician OKC Electrician
I just bought a house, and wanted the electric system checked out. I called Mister Sparky because it was the first result in my Google search. I should have read some reviews first. They sent a guy named Nathan. He seemed like a real good guy, very personable and seemed to know his stuff. So, he did an inspection, looking at the electrical panel, all of the power outlets, etc. His recommendation was basically to replace everything to the tune of $6,000. I agreed to a panel restoration, which would cost me $1000. What I didn't realize was that a panel restoration just means they'll swap the breakers....for $1000. 10 minutes of work for $1000. They even had the gall to say this was a reduced veterans discounted rate. If I had known a panel restoration was just replacing the breakers, I would have done it myself. I should have been more careful, and not been so trusting. I got ripped off.
