I just had the most wonderful experience getting an attic fan installed by Terrell Lemons Owner/Contractor With Better Days Contractor Services.  He worked flawlessly with my warranty company and installed a virtually silent fan.  It is working great cooling my attic.  He and his assistant were pleasant, polite and answered all my questions.  Terrell even made me a video of the new fan working so I did not have to get up in the attic.  He will be the first person I will call for any services I need.  I will also refer my friends and neighbors to him.

We used Aspen Electric for a few electrical work over the years. Their work has been reliable until we got them to wire up our pool equipment last October. They were informed that the pool has not been used for over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber's putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work with a $100 discount.

Wanted to have a charger for my new electric car installed. The price I was given to start with was over $800. I felt $800+ was way too much so I did some more research and found a certified electrician and he did the whole job for $255. As I expected, he punched a hole in the side of my electric panel, drilled through the stud, hooked & mounted the charger and was finished in about 1 hour. Shoot, he even broke out his shop vac and cleaned up the small mess he made. I thought that $255 was more than fair for what they did and how long it took. In no way is $7-800 a fair price for such a small job. But Passion Electric thought it was and I am okay with that. It just was not right for me.

When I first moved to Tulsa, I used yelp for everything like I had in Denver in Paris to find the best of the best. That approach does not work in Tulsa which is not really a yelping town.  

Finally after having three electricians come out and bumble around doing a half assed job, I finally went to google and found that Firefly Electricians was the highest rated for the area and called him out for the problem that nobody else seem to be able to fix.

Randy came out and had everything fixed and explained what he did, which he did very thoroughly and methodically, in about two hours for less than $200. I have high confidence that this will work. Firefly is my new electrician. Stop searching now!

A month ago we needed an electrical line ran to our pool. We called several companies for quotes. Mister Sparky came out that day for the quote. They offered a 5 year warranty and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any electrical work you have done will be pricey but they weren't the highest quote we got. My husband and I felt the quote was reasonable considering inflation. They did the work the same day as the quote, that really impressed us. Everyone else we were having to wait 1-2 weeks. The electrician, Edgar, did the install. Very nice and professional. He was fast and efficient and did a great job! And here's where their customer service goes above and beyond. Our pool pump kept turning its self off. Basically the pool company blamed Mister Sparky for the issue. I soon found out Mister Sparky did their job but because of lack of the pool company training their employees the guy that came out just assumed they didn't install everything we needed. So I call Mister Sparky to come out and they came out same day. He added the additional component, that we really didn't need because it was already there, and didn't charge us. I offered to pay realizing the pool company misinformed me of what was really going on but they still didn't charge me. Edgar was the electrician that came out today and once again he was very kind and professional. Mister Sparky is really blessed to have an employee like Edgar. If he's not a supervisor yet he should be! I really appreciate the company for following through with coming out and helping us out with a situation that wasn't   their burden. They've made lifetime customers out of us.
