Best Air Duct Repair in Oklahoma City OK

Barnett Electrical Heating and Air Electrician
My home was built on 2021, and My circuit breaker kept tripping, almost daily. They advised me of the $69 charge to check for the issue. He arrived spent about 45 min checking and couldn't find a reason, said it could be a variety of things. He assured me it was safe and we didn't need to worry about a fire hazard.

Next, We had a disk light inside and 3 exterior flush mount led lights that were blown. Since the house was just over a year old, we wanted to make sure there wasn't a short causing led lights we rarely use to blow.  He said it just happens sometime, nothing is wrong, then He quoted $656 to change 4 light bulbs. I admit I was ignorant, I should have researched but trusting him I opted to have him change one exterior light. This was the week of Christmas. After researching the cost, the bulbs were less than $20. I feel taken advantage of and I would not recommend this company.

Tim came and figured out our electrical outlet issue in a timely manner and had everything fixed in a couple of hours. We were very satisfied with his service and availability the week before Christmas.

Etchison Electric, Heat and Air Electrician
I was going to update my previous review but it won't let me anymore.
The guy did come back yesterday. Monday as they said but instead of a part, she now has to replace the entire AC system. About a $3800 cost. He mentioned about getting the cherokee nation to pay for it, I don't know if that even is a thing. He discussed with her about my review wanting me to change it. I guess that's why cherokee came up in conversation, because I am the only cherokee in the house. Well I am unable to change it and honestly, there is no reason to. I was generous with the two stars as I am now.

Update: another company was kind enough to loan her a small unit for her bedroom, so now she isn't hot all the time. I called cherokee nation and since she isn't cherokee herself, they can't help her. Grandma is pretty upset that I wanted people to understand that this company isn't perfect. So she is going to have my aunt put a review for them with four stars, so yeah. I know no company is perfect, but that is what two stars means, could have been better. Companies should take these reviews as opportunities to do better. Not just with this particular client, but future ones as well. Grandma can't see that, she just wants to make them happy so they won't be mad at her.

Update to previous 1 star review,  I was contacted by the company,  they scheduled for the original day I had taken off work to be home,  and fixed the issue,  replacing entire spigot at no extra cost.

Dense Mechanical Electrician
Had a very complicated AC repair done.  Too long to go into, but Dense was the only company I called who sympathized with the fact I had no AC.

I have pets, so it wasn't just me I was concerned about in the 86 degree heat we were experiencing.

Tom was my contact and sent a loaner window unit to use until they could schedule me for the 5-hour repair.  It was much appreciated.

I dealt with a number of people at Dense who helped in various ways--each of them was kind, had a wonderful attitude, and positive work ethic.  So many people seem to hate their jobs and it always shows, but that was never the case here.

Had a bit of a problem (which was fixable) early Saturday morning, called Tom early and woke him up, but he promptly got ahold of someone to come out and resolve the issue.

It is SO NICE to be comfortable in my home again, so I (and my animals) thank all the nice folks at Dense who followed through with what they said they would do.

McKenna Heat and Air Electrician
I used McKenna to install a new furnace and condensor unit installed in June 2016. Everything was fine until this past month when I went to fire up furnace and wouldn't turn on. Called McKenna who sent tech out who spent 10 minutes to discover a small hose was rubbing against a pressure switch which he simply moved. I was charged a $79 fee because it was out of warranty which granted it was by 4 months but it is also a brand new system I spent over 7k on and this type of fault shouldn't be occurring. After speaking with the office manager she said they would review my case and call me back with a decision. Today the fee was processed with no call and I am disappointed because it seems to be more about the money than common sense or good customer service.
