We had a leak under the kitchen sink. We fixed it and thought we were all good. Unfortunately, the water must have been leaking for a longer time than we realized. They removed the warped floor, replaced some boards and sanded the whole place so that the new wood blends in perfectly. When the floor guys took all the furniture out of the living room and packed it neatly and carefully in other rooms, I realized that the walls and sills were a mess. They hadn't been painted in 20 years. I asked Anthony if he had painters who could come in right after the flooring. He did and we added to the job. In two long days, they painted a large, irregularly shape room with 11 foot ceilings.
