What wonderful things can't I say about Katie?! So prompt and efficient and got right down to business! We had a great chat with her while she took care of our very old and falling apart sofa. She gave us options as to what she could do to fix the problem, including any additional costs or time frame. She has a plethora of skills and I'm eager to utilize her skills again with other home repair projects. She is comfortable and friendly but wonderfully professional and quick too. Her skill set is very advanced and I trust her willingness and ability to attempt any repair, or give you her honest opinion as to what will/won't work. This the second time I used there services, this time for a broken outlet and dimmer in my unit. Udi responded quickly and Tony showed up to fix the issue. They communicate quickly and easy to coordinate. Very professional!
