Very quick responses. Everyone was so communicative, knowledgeable, professional, as well as respectful of the circumstances (wore masks). And, the install on our Tesla wall connector was done so cleanly and in under an hour. Will definitely call on them again when needed and refer them.

My air conditioner went out and it was 90 inside! David was there within an hour and fixed it right up. I never do reviews, but the promptness and friendliness of him made me do so. This is the second time he's come out (the first was my fault for not changing my filters ). THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! My dad has owned a contracting company for 40 years, so in my younger years of working for him I learned the value of a company that takes pride in their work. This is one of those companies.

I used Coolray for the first time Saturday, Joseph F came to service my heat/air pump. He was on time, explained everything in detail and even changed out my vent return free of charge! He was neat and very professional, I will request him every time. Joseph is a home grown young gentleman with skill and manners! I was very pleased with my service and signed up for regular maintenance on my unit!

Repaired a small water leak from the crawl space. Charged $333 ($299 w/mil discount). I'll need to do some research on whether this is a normal charge. Technician was professional. Was seen promptly the day after I called.

Recently had a very simple problem with the ducting in our home and wanted to get a ball park estimate on repair costs. After nobody on the phone could give me even a rough answer, they sent somebody out to our home to asses the situation. Upon inspection, Mike tells me that he can only give estimates for larger-scale projects - but he can have a technician come out and give me an estimate for $79. What a waste of time. Is it really that hard to give me a breakdown of how you charge for your services, Lee Company?

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues. Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

first the good:
provided a very clear quote with the work and service involved. we were given details on the equipment and parts to be installed
when some issues with the electrical came up, they found solutions and got it to work without added charges
the installers and then the electricians who came were super nice and professional, staying a lot later than expected
the neutral:
they are rather expensive, even compared to prices/quotes I got for my properties in Boston (generally speaking Boston is about 30% more expensive than nashville on average, and even more when you factor in boonies). but, they felt solid enough
I am not a fan of Gov Lee at all and if not for florida and texas would say he's the worst governor in the entire country. I know he's no longer afiliated with the lee company, but it is his family's business and i'm sure he still has a lot of $$ interests, etc.
the negatives:
the electrician folks had to come a day or two later to do the wiring correctly, but they had no information at all related to what the installers did, and then they ended up ripping it all out and redoing it, which is just an awful lot of extra time and hassle, and as a result we lost the very last open slot in our electric panel. a small thing but the electricians kept repeatedly asking me technical questions that I would have assumed should be handled between them and the installers as they are all employees of Lee.
they wouldnt really even look at or help with any of the ductwork and randomly threw out a quote of $7k to completely redo it all--it just had some unattached ducts and mediocre settings for the airflow (too much to some spaces, too little elsewhere). An hvac professional could have gone in and adjusted it all in less than an hour with less than $100 in material. I did it myself with some trial and error and help from a family friend over the phone (hvac pro, but over 1000 miles away) so we got it done, just took me the better part of a day plus a couple return trips to the crawlspace. I would have paid $400-500ish for them to do the work, but I can also respect if it's not part of their general wheelhouse. I'm including that in the negative solely because their website implies they would do this sort of work as well. In boston, I had a few indepentent hvac guys I could have called and woud have shown up and taken care of it quickly and easily for under $200. But, we're new to TN and dont have a super trustworthy network of people yet.
Overall, happy with the job done and the system works well. In the future, I'll likely purchase equipment myself and just hiring an electrician. But, if its for something complicated and/or involving a lot of moving parts and I'm pressed for time as well, I won't hesitate to use them again. I'll add some photos soon! 2 months or so later and the system works really well.

Appears kind and professional however quite the opposite. Here are the facts of our experience. Unfortunately, we paid David Bryant, who said he is a licensed electrician, cash in full (totaling $3,200.00) for a job he failed to complete. He made errors and stated he completed the job yet when the Tennessee State Electrical Inspector came and failed us for the job David supposedly completed per code, the inspector confirmed that David in fact did not complete the items on the list that David said he completed. For example conduit supposedly wrapped in 80 grade was only 40 grade. David also put in old, outdated breakers that contributed to the failed inspection. After David acknowledged his mistakes to us via telephone and in verifiable text messages saying they were his errors and he would rectify those errors, the reality is we never heard from him again. After numerous calls and texts, and two weeks of waiting, we are deeply disappointed that he did not follow through with his promise to correct his mistakes. We ultimately ended up needing to hire and pay another electrician for the job we hired and paid paid David for that he failed to finish. He is not a man of honor, nor integrity, and does not complete his work in a professional manner. We do not recommend his services for the above-stated reasons.

I have been a customer of Lee Company for a little over thirty years. I've primarily used Lee Company for HVAC services but they also replaced one water heater in my previous house. Both my Nashville homes were older, fixer uppers. This meant I have needed many repairs, in addition to routine maintenance. The service technicians always responded in a timely way, were really respectful, and never left a mess. I quickly learned the advantage of having a service contract when my air conditioning unit went out at the height of a summer heat wave. I also really appreciated how up front the technicians were about costs, since I was a single mother for many of those thirty years and money was always tight. They always helped me make decisions about when to make repairs or replace the unit. When it became absolutely necessary to replace a unit, they talked me through the options from contractor grade equipment to the top of the line. I am currently considering moving but if I do decide to stay, I will definitely use Lee to replace my aging HVAC unit. Over the years, I have recommended Lee Company to many of my friends and they all have been very satisfied with their services. When an older couple had a clogged drain in their basement they called a competitor who quoted them an outrageous price to dig up the concrete and replace the drain. Right away, I suggested they call Lee Company. They did and the problem was fixed using a sump pump for a fraction of the competitor's price. Three years later and they are still happy with the fix. With Lee Company, you get a fair price for quality services. As a bonus if you are female and needing work, you never have to be called sugar baby or patronized. The technicians are polite, respectful and always hard working.
