Great service, repairs done exactly as requested! HVAC specialist took pictures and videos before and after repairs. I find that to be very helpful. Highly recommended!

Lee Company has already been to our home twice: to add a supply line for a gas dryer and to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC systems.  On both calls the technicians called when enroute and arrived early in their scheduled windows.  All work accomplished in a timely fashion.  Both teams cleaned up things before they left.  Prices were reasonable.  I even signed up for an annual service plan.  Good folks!

Never received any call back. I called and he said he was at a seminar and asked me to text my info of what I needed done. I texted and told him what I would like to done. No response. I followed up with another text at the beginning of the week to reconnect, no response. Idk why he just can't respond and say he doesn't want the job. What a waste of a week that could have been productive for me.

I cried when we got our electric bill in July of 2015.  It was $548.31!!!  Despite our two A/C units running nonstop, the house was unbearably hot (we had the thermostat set to about 74 degrees, but it was at least 80 at all times).  

We called Helton's to come out and help us.  After Helton's installed our new system, the electric bill immediately dropped to $184.43 in August--the hottest month of the year.  That's a savings of $363.88!

And if you compare year-to-year from our new system to the old one, we had a savings of $107.39 in August from when the old, undersized, contractor-installed system was working correctly.  The new system cuts our household electric usage almost in half.

We are extremely happy with the new system Helton's put in.  My dad was here when they installed the units because my husband and I were out of state.  He said they did an EXCELLENT job, which is high praise because my dad does everything with excellence and is a perfectionist!

The reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 is because we did have a minor issue with the attic vent fan they installed not shutting off they way it should.  It took two service calls after the initial installation to correct the problem.  I think it's because the techs are still learning, but the owner obviously knows his stuff.  Once the techs' knowledge gets up there with the owner, this will definitely be a 5-star company!  They are very friendly, were on time, and handled a very difficult installation situation very well.

We would definitely recommend them!

I used Coolray for the first time Saturday, Joseph F came to service my heat/air pump. He was on time, explained everything in detail and even changed out my vent return free of charge! He was neat and very professional, I will request him every time. Joseph is a home grown young gentleman with skill and manners! I was very pleased with my service and signed up for regular maintenance on my unit!

Repaired a small water leak from the crawl space. Charged $333 ($299 w/mil discount). I'll need to do some research on whether this is a normal charge. Technician was professional. Was seen promptly the day after I called.

My heat went out and I was worried since some lows of 17 were forecast for the near future. I have a tight budget and had been slow in calling anyone - dreading the cost. I am fortunate that I have 2 separate units - upstairs and downstairs. It was the upstairs unit and we had been making it okay in our upstairs bedrooms. Due to a few recommendations, I called Lee Company. The technician quickly told me that both my units were dead - that my downstairs must be warm due to good insulation. He stated that it would take a long time to get the part for the upstairs unit - if it would even be possible to get it. He brought the installer back the next day to give me a quote. Both the technician and the installer confirmed that both units were dead - even though they were standing in a warm room with freezing temps outside. I was told that they had the units in stock (no choice of units was given) and that the price would go up by the first of the month, but they could get them installed before the low temperatures - if I gave them the go ahead. At this point I had not been offered a written quote or any information about the recommended units. I asked for the quote to be emailed. A few minutes after they left I received a quote for almost $16,000 - with a cancellation clause that stated that immediately upon signing I would be responsible for 15% for a cancellation and restocking fee. The dead downstairs unit has continued to keep the area warm. Another technician (obviously not with Lee Co) quickly realized that the upstairs unit needed a part that cost less than $60, He was able to get the part immediately and It took less than 20 minutes for him to install it. I would never have expected this type of scam from Lee Company.

Kelly, with the Lee Company,  did a great job scheduling one of the plumbers to meet me this morning within an hour of my conversation with her... Eric, the plumbing tech, was extremely considerate of me, knowledgeable and professional as we looked together how to install a water line to an outdoor ice maker in an outdoor kitchen we are building... Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues.  Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

I wrote a review about the ineffectiveness of Lee company technicians, but needed to add a bit more information.  When one of the Murfreesboro technicians put in the 2nd plug, I told him 2 or 3 times where I wanted in.  He installed in 10 ft or so from where I wanted it...his response was that that was close enough for my extension cord.  That's not what I call customer service.

David is reliable and prompt. Works fast and gets the job done. We use David for all our plumbing and electrical needs!!

Waited at home for scheduled maintenance (between 2-4pm we'll call 30 minutes before we get there)...no person...no call...I mean, at least call if you can't make it....
