Service scheduling was not only quick (they even had same day available) but flexible. The scheduling window was narrow -- they did not make me block out a 12 hour window during which they might arrive, but booked and arrived within a 30-minute window.
Technician was clean, friendly, personable, and efficient. Work was quick and well done. Happy with the service, they will be my first choice for future electrical work.

I sat on this review for a bit to ensure I had my final thoughts.
I used Coolray for plumbing and electrical issues. They wouldn't give me a quote by phone or online for basic services (even a ballpark), instead insisting on looking first. To look (for plumbing) they had to get things taken apart ensuring you're pretty much going to go ahead and pay whatever to resolve the issue. We initially called for one plumbing issue, they fixed it (for a steep price) and the plumber was friendly. Said plumber also took a look at another issue I had as I mentioned it off-hand, and said it was fixed but it resumed to its completely broken ways as soon as he left. Can't complain too much there as he didn't charge and thought he had resolved it (plus noone else has been able to fix this issue either). To get a price that wasn't as bonkers high he encouraged us to join their Customer Care loyalty group (for a price). I did. It was still really high, but I was never billed for that customer care thing so I'm assuming it was lost somewhere along the way.
Called Coolray again for electrical issues. Had been working with another local electrician who were at the moment not responsive. Coolray was super responsive and out quickly. They fixed part of what we paid them to fix, but there was some misunderstanding. We pointed out a light that was arcing and causing issues. Both lights behind a panel needed replacing as wiring for both switches was frayed. They only replaced one of these two switches, which means they took the panel off, saw the fraying, and only replaced one of them. I realized this was so when I got home and turned on the assumed fix light only to see flickering and hear a pop. Called Coolray to see if they could fix this issue which we thought we'd already paid for, and they said they had only charged us for one of the two switches and quoted us a remarkably high price to come out (including a service fee for making the drive at all) and fix the additional switch. We went with another electrician for half the price.
So--solid work for the most part if some miscommunication, high even for the market area.

Tommy came the same day, about 30 minutes after I called him. I had him fixing everything from toilets that ran constantly to a light switch that wasn't working. Now everything is working like new again. Pricing seems fair, and he takes Venmo. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have different things you need done around the house. He seems to be a jack of all trades.

They were able to schedule us right away. Once the tech arrived and assessed the problem with our AC units, he serviced them and had another tech deliver the part he needed to finish the job. He spent all day making sure the problem was fixed and was still very gracious as he wrote up our paperwork and explained the service agreements.

I can't really say how their work was because the technician never called me to schedule an appointment, even after two attempts on my part.

I finally have had it and need to alert other people about Lee Co. About 7 years ago we bought a brand new unit from them for about $5000 with a warranty. We used Lee for all this time for our regular biannual maintenance check ups. About 2 years ago we were having an issue with the compressor and the tech came out and told us that it was going to be over $800 to fix the problem because our warranty did not cover labor. I then called for other estimates and was able to get the problem fixed for $150. I called Lee back and told them that I was furious that they had given me the high estimate and told them what was done to repair it for $150. They told me that that repair was done the wrong way and was only temporary and I asked them why I was not given that option by their tech and they told me it was because they only did things the right way to prevent future problems. As a goodwill, they said they would send someone out to replace things properly at no charge if I would continue to use them for maintenance in the future and I obliged. Two years later, our upper zone was not working. I called them out to fix it and they sent someone out telling me the zone board and the motherboard would need to be replaced and that they would send someone else out to give me an estimate. The consultant came out yesterday and told me that we we need to have the motherboard and zone board replaced, this would be about $3000. He also told me that we should have attic fans installed first for about $1100 to see if this would alleviate the problem before doing the motherboard and zone board. I said, so you want me to spend $1100 on something that might work? I also explained to him that our unit had functioned fine for 7 years with no attic fans. I decided to call for two other estimates from locally owned businesses that had been referred to me. One estimate was about $500 and he said only the zone board needed to be replaced. The second AC company said, the zone board is loose and I can fix that and if it goes out it will be about $400 installed to replace the zone board. So the gentleman tightened up the zone board and the AC is working beautifully. So here we are once again and Lee has given me outrageous quotes, not fixed the problem and charged me for a service call also. The other gentleman only charged me for the service call, but fixed the problem!!!!! For those of you wondering, the guy that helped me was Tim Bennett at All Seasons Comfort LLC and can be reached at 615-948-3977. He was wonderful, kind and was committed to getting to the root cause of the problem and fixing it on his visit and he was not surprised at all to hear my story. We will NEVER use Lee Co. again. Beware if you call them.....you are being WAY overcharged!

We are a long term customer of Lee Company.
We have spent thousands of dollars with them. New AC unit, water pump, service fees, etc.
We recently called them because we are interested in connecting our emergency generator to the house.
To come and give us an estimate they charge us a $75 dispatch fee
When I tell them I don't think I should pay that for them giving me an estimate, they say that for small jobs this is the policy. That if a project manager had come we would not have to pay that fee. The thing is that they are the ones who decide who to send.
On top of all that, it turned out this is a 4K job and a project manager has to come and give the exact estimate. When I say, so now that this is a big job with a project manager, can you please wave the dispatch fee. They say they can't do that
This is a racket.

I wrote a review about the ineffectiveness of Lee company technicians, but needed to add a bit more information. When one of the Murfreesboro technicians put in the 2nd plug, I told him 2 or 3 times where I wanted in. He installed in 10 ft or so from where I wanted it...his response was that that was close enough for my extension cord. That's not what I call customer service.
