Best Sump Pump Repair in Nashville TN
Great service, repairs done exactly as requested! HVAC specialist took pictures and videos before and after repairs. I find that to be very helpful. Highly recommended!

Service scheduling was not only quick (they even had same day available) but flexible. The scheduling window was narrow -- they did not make me block out a 12 hour window during which they might arrive, but booked and arrived within a 30-minute window.
Technician was clean, friendly, personable, and efficient. Work was quick and well done. Happy with the service, they will be my first choice for future electrical work.

We needed our heat pump replaced and a mini split installed and Jesse did a great job of helping us. He explained everything and even did an involved test to check and make sure we were getting the right size for our house. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Repaired a small water leak from the crawl space. Charged $333 ($299 w/mil discount). I'll need to do some research on whether this is a normal charge. Technician was professional. Was seen promptly the day after I called.

Update: I wrote this review not recognizing that anyone from Lee Co. would see it. As a parent I am trying to build relationships with companies that I can trust so that I can pass those relationships down to my children and know that they will be taken care of. I have a disease that will likely take me from my children sooner than I want so this is especially important to me that I have these things set up for them. Service Manager Chad called me to talk about what happened on the weekend and I assumed it would be another debate about whether I should have felt the way I did or not, such as the call from June on Saturday. It was not. Chad was super nice and wanted to restore our relationship. He sent Wes, the most amazing tech, out to look at my unit and he had it figured out in less than 30 min. Wes restored my heat and my relationship with Lee Company by lunch. As for now our unit is working. I was shocked that Chad was so caring about the situation with the tech and customer care rep on Saturday but he also seemed to care that we had no heat. I know that there will always be the June's of the world but I can handle that as long as there are the Chad's and Wes' here as well.
Been with this company for years as we have used them to maintain our heating/cooling system. Called them Saturday morning to schedule a service call as our unit is making a noise and Auxillary heat is kicking on and lead to a $700 bill this month. The unit was just serviced a couple of months ago. A very rude June answered my call and I asked her what the cost would be to figure it out and she informed me that it would be $79. When the tech arrives I asked him if there would be tax and he tells me not to write the check yet because there will be a diagnostic fee of up to $130 additional dollars. I asked him to elaborate on this as I was not told about it and he explained it to me and said that there had been several people earlier in the day who were surprised by this charge as well. I told him I could not commit to this additional charge without speaking to my husband and could not reach him at this point so we would not move forward. He made several calls to his boss over the next 20 min but each time he made this call he walked far away from me so that I could not hear the conversation which seemed extremely shady to me. I told him that I felt very mislead concerning what the cost would be and could not commit to pay up to pay $130-$200 before the repair even began without speaking to my husband. The tech and I spoke for about 20 minutes. I think his boss was telling him to try to talk me into it. The tech initially told me that there had been several other customers that morning who were upset about the hidden charge but then later back tracked and said there had only been one. Even if there had been no other customers, I felt mislead and this charge shouldn't have been hidden. I eventually told him to just leave and that I would rather wrap my 7 kids in 10 layers of clothing before allowing a company that I can no longer trust to look at and ultimately repair my system. At this point I wondered if this would be a situation where I am told the problem was something pricey when in fact it wasn't. I called Hiller who charges only $79 - no additional charges to diagnose and give me a quote on the repair. June did call me back and say she was going to make it right but in the same conversation told me that I was not mislead when she told me it would be $79. I also spoke to the manager who was willing to wave the additional fees but at this point I can't trust this company. We are at the mercy of these guys and need to be able to trust the companies that we do business with. I don't mind paying a fair price for a job done well but I will not go for this company telling one fee and then the tech adding fees once he is here as if I am so desperate that I will pay anything to get my unit fixed. I will moving my contract to Hiller which I should have done 2 years ago when they took care of my plumbing. Just want to do business with folks that appreciate their customers and don't want to take advantage of them in order to pile up the all mighty dollar.
Update: Karol, I was not in search of a final price. I was told the cost for the diagnosis would be $79 so that is what I expected to pay. I was not told that was a chance that the fee could be higher based on these things that you have mentioned. Thank you for responding to my review. I have spoken with your manager and he understood clearly why I felt mislead and lost trust for your company. This was not a miscommunication with the tech and he is not to blame for anything here. This is an issue with what is told to customers upon placing a request for service. As far as walking away from customers while speaking with the home office, I think you would be hard pressed to find a consumer who wouldn't be suspicious of this behavior. Thanks again. Deborah

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues. Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

Worked with Lee Company to add an outdoor junction box and an outdoor outlet to my house. They came out looked at what I wanted. Quoted me a price. Told me when someone would be out. They were there on time, got the work done quickly and without disturbing anything I had going on at home. They were done quickly, they did not have to even turn off the power! Everything looked perfect, very professional polite people. I would use them to do work at my house again.

I left a previous review that was not so great, and deservedly so. I did get some follow up by Zach, who did a great job finding out why I was never contacted on my work order. They made things right, time will tell, but they are making great strides in my service.
