We had an inspector's punchlist to complete and the advice received from Mr. Wilee was appreciated.
Very professional, pleasant and efficient. And I feel I was not overcharged.
I would, definitely, use their services again!

I've used Zip's for remodeling jobs and new construction.  Prices are fair, work is excellent.  Wayne (and his employees)  are very knowledgeable and show up when scheduled. They clean up after themselves leaving a clean work area.

I gave JoBon Electrical Services 5 stars because I couldn't give a well-deserved 10 stars!  I bought my house 3 months ago and the house inspector did not find anything wrong with the electrical.  A few weeks ago, the lights in my bathroom would not turn on.  I just moved to TN and didn't know anyone so I called my realtor and she recommended her electrician.  After 1.5 hrs, he told me he couldn't figure it out.  Fortunately, I found JoBon on Yelp. Shane was prompt, professional, and he fixed the lighting problem.  Best of all, his price was very reasonable.  A week later another light in the upstairs bonus room's very high ceiling would not turn on. Thinking I had a wiring problem I again called Shane.  He went out of his way to come to my house on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise, he told me there was nothing wrong.  He said he had checked the lights for burnt out bulbs and they came on.  He was honest when he could have told me I needed electrical repairs. He continued to examine the lights to be sure he had corrected the problem.  He refused to charge me, but I paid him for his time.  Honesty is a rare thing nowadays; you can be sure that when you hire Shane you are hiring an honest electrician who knows what he's doing, and his pricing is more than fair.  I highly recommend Shane and I will refer him to all my friends and relatives.  As a bonus, he's a really nice guy!

Jared, the owner, was very quick to respond to our request on Yelp and took the time to review the pictures of the work and ask questions prior to submitting an estimate. He and his co-worker, Alexis, replaced six outdoor sconces that were a bit trickier given that the lights we replaced them with did not fit in the openings where the old bulky ones had been placed. Jared took the time to explain what he would do to make them sit properly against the bricks, and he and Alexis did an amazing job. They are both meticulous in their work, professional, and very respectful, hard working people. We asked for their business card, as we intend to let our friends and neighbors know who to call when they need an electrician. We highly recommend Pioneer Electric.

I wanted my kitchen lighting to be sleek and have full dimmable led lighting control that would allow me to set the mood and let my Victorian house's kitchen shine.  I went into M&M Lighting where Mark was extremely helpful in explaining the types of warm lighting that would work for my new kitchen cabinets.  We worked together to understand my specific needs, tabulated the amperage I would need, ordered the components, and received the supplies a few days later.  With some instruction from Mark I was able to put together all the lighting channels myself to save on costs and then called the M&M team members to hookup my drivers and fix the few sections that I was struggling with.  I absolutely love the end result that is making my kitchen feel complete (once the tile backsplash goes in).

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. They were thorough, professional and a pleasure to do business with. TY to all.

I can only offer one star because at least someone did answer the phone to take my name and number, however I never received a call back. Apparently installing a whole house standby generator isn't a big enough job for Kirby. And this seems odd to me in that most electricians, and/or hvac companies, jump at a lucrative opportunity such as this. Oh well, moving on!

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done.

They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling.

Taking pics of my A/C  or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied.

Contacted Yarbrough electric to install an entryway light and light fixtures above bathroom vanities as we prepared to put our home up for sale.  I was able to get a good deal via their Angie's List coupon and overall I was satisfied with the quality of installation performed, and friendly service.

Family owned business you can pick up on it right away from the moment you call.  I would refer them to a friend and would use their service again if I were living in the area still.

Almost impossible to schedule appointment. I have been calling for over a week to get annual maintenance schedule, on hold for half an hour, left messages still no luck!!

I can't really say how their work was because the technician never called me to schedule an appointment, even after two attempts on my part.

Zero stars. Total rip off. Had a leaky kitchen faucet and the guy shows up to change the sink. Then charges me to go fetch a part. When I called they said the fees include labor and parts. So for changing a cartridge which is $32 + 20 mins tops of actual labor these thieves charged me $280. Do your homework and stay away from these crooks. They need to get some Bruce Lee treatment for their shenanigans.

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues.  Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They set appointments in 3 hour increments so you have to take off work basically half a day to be home. They cancelled the first appointment on that date, they didn't show for the second appointment and on the third appointment today I just learned after waiting around all afternoon again and calling them that they will not be coming. This company is a joke. After missing two appointments you think they would have made me appointment with them a priority today. They could care less.

I have no complaints about their electrical work. HOWEVER, every other aspect of dealing with this company was pure frustration.
A&J was the subcontractor who helped hook up our electricity to our new house. We used them because they were hired by our builder.

Communication was difficult. It seems to be a husband and wife running things. I was called and texted by them from 3 different phone numbers and rarely understood who from the company I was contacting when I tried to get a hold of them. Both seemed very unsure and unprofessional when I did speak with them.

Communication was further complicated because they seemed to want me, a first time home owner with little understanding of how home construction worked, to tell them what needed to be done. Why they could not ask the building company I still do not know. Work on our home was delayed because of this.

Furthermore, they did not turn in the final permit when the work was finally done. Two months later, we were contacted and informed by the electric company that we needed to renew our electrical permit. A&J finally sent the application for final inspection ONLY after my husband called to ask why they had not yet done so.

I would avoid using this company if at all possible.
