Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. They were thorough, professional and a pleasure to do business with. TY to all.

We had such a wonderful experience with Airstream today! We had a leaking unit and placed a call to request a service call. Gus was able to come out just a few hours after I called. He was amazing to work with, thorough and so informative! We will be using this company any time we have a problem and won't hesitate to recommend Gus and his company to our friends!

My air conditioner went out and it was 90 inside! David was there within an hour and fixed it right up. I never do reviews, but the promptness and friendliness of him made me do so. This is the second time he's come out (the first was my fault for not changing my filters ). THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! My dad has owned a contracting company for 40 years, so in my younger years of working for him I learned the value of a company that takes pride in their work. This is one of those companies.

I had an issue with my side by side refrigerator and contacted Lee Company. I am so pleased with the readiness and quality of service shown and given in such a professional and timely manner! They were able to schedule, diagnose, order part and return for repair within two days! This was a miracle to me! Thank you, Charles and Mia for going above and beyond to make this happen! I am a very satisfied customer! I will definitely use this company again for any future needs!

I am a service contract customer. Which means I pay in advance a fee yearly for them to do bi-annual inspections. This past October 2017 bi-annual inspection the technician informed that the condensation pump needed to be replaced due to the nozzle that the drain hose connects to was broken. I found this to be a coincidence, due to it was just fine 6 months earlier and no one had been in my crawl space since the earlier 6 month inspection. I went ahead and had the pump replaced to a tune of $225. At the time that the technician was replacing the pump he told me that they need to add a shut down switch. The switch would shut off my HVAC if the pump stop working to prevent water draining into my crawl space. This meant that I would not be able to turn on my heat or a/c due to power is cut off to my HVAC system. I asked for them to not install the switch, but the technician informed that the switch needed to be added due to regulatory reasons.
Move forward to 12/31/2017, woke up at 5am with house freezing cold and no power to my HVAC thermostat. Could not turn on/off or adjust temperature due to thermostat had no power. It was 12 degrees outside that morning. Called Lee Company to have a technician come out. Mid morning the HVAC started working again. After realizing that the condensation pump drain was probably frozen and had thawed out, I cancelled the service called so to not pay for a weekend service call fee.
Move forward to 10pm 12/31/17, HVAC shuts down again. Temperatures outside is 10 degrees. Call Lee Company to schedule service call. Was told that they would not be able to get to my house until 4am to 5am. They told me to call in the morning to set up a service call for 1/1/18. Called the morning of January 1st and set up a service call.
Move forward a half an hour later, received a call from Lee Company telling me that they would not be able to come to my home today, due to limited service technicians available.
At this point I am very unhappy, I pay a yearly service fee and every time Lee Company does a bi-annual inspection the technician finds something that they recommend that is in need replacement or fixed. I replace the condensation pump that in my opinion I felt they broke, since they were the only ones that had been in my crawl space or have been around my HVAC system. Was told I needed the shut down switch when condensation pump was replaced and now due to Lee Company technician forcing me to have the shut off switch installed due to regulatory reasons, I am with out heat in my home. I am going to cancel my service contract with Lee Company and request my money back as well as report Lee Company to the Better Business Bureau.

They promote fast-caring service, but come to find that they only want your money up front and every time they due a bi-annual maintenances inspection they try to sell you something. They don't care about their service contract customers what so ever. It all about what the get you to buy and spend more money!!!

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues. Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

I wrote a review about the ineffectiveness of Lee company technicians, but needed to add a bit more information. When one of the Murfreesboro technicians put in the 2nd plug, I told him 2 or 3 times where I wanted in. He installed in 10 ft or so from where I wanted it...his response was that that was close enough for my extension cord. That's not what I call customer service.

HA! last year Lee Company showed me a picture of my seriously rusty HVAC unit and said it would need to be replaced soon $$$$$. Being a procrastinator, I never got to it, but the system still worked.....FF, a different company came out this morning and showed me the actual unit, NO RUST, and it works just fine! I despise liars and would give this company a -5 if I could. SHAME ON YOU lee company!!
