Zips is awesome! Wayne came out to out home, evaluated the problem and got to work right away. All was said and done in 30 minutes, all for a fantastic price! We can't thank him enough!

This is by far the best guy to call for any electrical needs. Prices are more than fair and does a clean job. Will use again for any other electrical projects.

Called C&S on Tue afternoon with a non cooling AC unit , they had me fixed up first thing Wed morning. Very professional , prompt and less expensive than anyone i found.

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. I can only offer one star because at least someone did answer the phone to take my name and number, however I never received a call back. Apparently installing a whole house standby generator isn't a big enough job for Kirby. And this seems odd to me in that most electricians, and/or hvac companies, jump at a lucrative opportunity such as this. Oh well, moving on!

This is a great family owned business! We were introduced to Nova by our pool contractor last year. They did a great job which included a no cost service call to show us how to use the circuit breaker for our outdoor kitchen. So, when our A/C went out this week, we called them when our HVAC company said the problem stemmed from an electrical problem. It turned out to be a more complex problem than their service tech could handle, so the owner, a master electrician, offered to come right over and service it himself. It took him an hour or so to identify and resolve the problem. While he was there, my wife asked if he could hang a light fixture. Without hesitation, he spent another 30 minutes replacing the old fixture. When it was time to settle up, he apologized for our trouble and didn't charge us any more for the 2nd visit or hanging the new fixture. If you need an electrical contractor or service, this is exactly the company you want to use - family owned, professional, personable, fair and honest...

My refrigerator went out on the morning of June 19th.  I contacted Home advisor seeking help.  I got a phone call from 615-394-3956 asking what kind of help I needed.  I explained my situation.  He explained to me that he couldn't come out that day but perhaps the next day.  Later that evening, he again called and said he would be calling me early that next morning to get my address and give me a time in which he would be here. When he called me the following morning,  I asked him to please call my friends phone who was there with me to make the arrangements since my phone was nearly dead.  We waited 1 hour for him to call back but he never did. I tried numerous times to call him back that day but kept getting his voice mail.  The last time I called his phone, I left a message asking him to please let me know one way or another if he was going to make it or not so I can make other arrangements to have someone else come over and fix my refrigerator.  I never did hear from him again.  He held up my whole day. By the time I contacted another company,  it was to late to get the refrigerator fixed.  I lost a lot of food and time.  Now I will have to wait till Monday to even contact someone else.  The least he could have done was to tell me that he wouldn't be able to make it.

We have used Sewell for 20 years since we moved to Franklin. They are great. We have had them replace both our upstairs and downstairs units as well as using them for several repairs over the years. They are reasonable, prompt with service and extremely polite from the front desk to the technicians who come out on service calls. You won't go wrong doing business with Sewell.

Wow talk about gouging! Had a motor and squirrel cage installed under warranty.  They charged $476 for 40 minutes of work!  Yes this equates to well over $700 an hour! After calling in disgust he said they loosened the screws when they did the check, and had to pick up the part so there was more to it than $700 an hour labor charge.  

They also charged  a call charge to come check the problem, he did twice the work then for $89.50 than he did for the $476 work.  He finally offered me one year of maintenance to compensate for drastic overcharge, problem is they were supposed to call two weeks ago and never did.

They also never gave me a receipt and would not give me an hourly rate, do not learn the hard expensive way I did and check around, after the fact I found out it should have cost a max of $200.

You they can't come for 2 months because you are not an emergency. I suppose if it breaks down they will tell me I need to have it serviced more frequently. I should have read reviews instead of watching the TV commercial. They have as many bad reviews as good. 50% is an F.

Happy to have a working faucet! Ask for Bo....super nice, efficient, honest, and does quality work. I first had a bad experience with Hiller but Hiller called right away and fixed my issue. They stood behind their word which can be rare. I will use them again.

Repaired a small water leak from the crawl space. Charged $333 ($299 w/mil discount). I'll need to do some research on whether this is a normal charge. Technician was professional. Was seen promptly the day after I called.

I hired TnT Plumbing to replace the sewer system at my house on Dec 18, 2017. Due to freezing temperatures and soggy ground the completion of the job was put on hold. I called several times to check on the progress and was reassured it would be completed as soon as weather permitted. Fast forward over 3 months and my yard is still a complete wreck. There are still exposed pipes, dirt piled up and old pipes laying in the yard. I waited patiently for the weather to improve and give them a chance to clean up the mess. I have tried several times to contact them with no response. My sidewalk was torn up and left in pieces. My chain link fence was ran over with equipment, bent up and left half covered with dirt as well as my landscape edging. I'm not sure what's going on, as they were highly recommended with good ratings. But it's going on 4 months looking at a trashed yard is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They were paid over $1200 for materials and labor. I've reached out to them several times in the last 4 months and they haven't even come back to clean up the old pipes they left in the yard, or fix the mess they made.

I was told I could not come into the store unless I put a mask on. Once I got inside 75% of the employees were not wearing one. I have video footage of it. It was told to leave the store by someone who was not wearing a mask because I refused to wear one.
