I was shocked! He showed up on time and the problem was fixed within an hour! The estimate was fair and the job was well done! We are very pleased and won't hesitate to reach out to them again! The service from Chingis was punctual, thorough, the most affordable in town, and essentially perfect. Initially, I believed that my home only needed a replacement for one dimmer switch and a reattachment of one loose faucet. However, I asked Chingis to inspect the entire plumbing system of my home and he found a pipe leak that we had not known about for months. He fixed all the plumbing issues, recaulked the whole area around all our sinks, and completed several other house tasks that I had needed done for awhile. He also left the house very clean after finishing the work. All in all, I would recommend General Home Renovation as the best option for anyone in South OC who needs a prompt & top-notch quality handyman.

Today, Rick and Danny installed 3 TVs in our new place. I took photos of the pre-cut holes in our walls and Rick picked out several cover plates that made the wall behind the TV look really clean. He texted new several options to choose from which was very nice! He responded to my texts and calls right away and their work was perfect. He brought his own shopvac and kept the area around the TVs very clean. They were both extremely friendly and you can tell they sincerely care about your home and their work. 10 Stars!!!

We just had an excellent experience with Carlos. He repaired several pieces of drywall for us and re-hung some doors. He is very clean, reasonable and considerate. We will be using him again soon, I highly recommend him (and I am fairly picky).
