I contacted them to schedule an appointment to patch up a hole in the ceiling caused by a leak.  There was misunderstanding at first about whether I was in the area that the company serves (I live in Silver Lake, and it took awhile to learn that they typically do not go there).  But, Raul was willing to make an exception, and sent someone out to do the job.  The patch job was excellent; the ceiling looks as if it was good as new.  This is the third time that I had to have this work done, and while it cost a little bit more than the other times, I am impressed with the careful and professional manner that was done.
