Jose and his team are fantastic.  Super communicative, reliable and trustworthy.  They far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again in the future.  The work they did consisted of stucco patching, repainting, replacing wooden window sills and an old wooden door that was undersized (so required enlarging the opening and re-framing).  When we had questions or issues, Jose was quick and committed to resolving them to our satisfaction, and his workmanship was excellent.  He even went above and beyond with extra details that I wasn't expecting when he reframed our door - major bonus!

The service from Chingis was punctual, thorough, the most affordable in town, and essentially perfect. Initially, I believed that my home only needed a replacement for one dimmer switch and a reattachment of one loose faucet. However, I asked Chingis to inspect the entire plumbing system of my home and he found a pipe leak that we had not known about for months. He fixed all the plumbing issues, recaulked the whole area around all our sinks, and completed several other house tasks that I had needed done for awhile. He also left the house very clean after finishing the work.
