After making the appointment, he called the day before to confirm, which I appreciated.  He and his co-installer showed up on time and with a smile on their faces.  They mounted both my TVs in an hour, which based on my experiences is very fast.  They were detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and very friendly.  Most importantly, it was apparent that their quality of work was important to them.  I will absolutely use them again on my next move and would recommend anyone to use them.
