I called to get estimate.  I told him what I needed and he just hung up and didn't call me back. Don't waste your time with this guy. Some people need to work on customer service skills.

In addition to being skilled at home repair and maintenance, Ted is extremely personable, polite and friendly, which is important when inviting someone into your home.
