Don's a good guy.  I had him out to install an electric car charger.  He came over free of charge to preview the situation, then he and his guys came out again and did a good job that was on budget.  What I didn't expect is his team making a few extra fixes to some pre-existing problems free of charge.  Would definitely use them again.
