I'd like to tell you about their work but cannot. Jeff Crawford came out to do an estimate for us.   He never followed up with an estimate even after several calls.  In fact he never returned any phone calls or responded to emails.

This review is based on not receiving a call back only. I called to schedule a visit for a quote on a whole house rewire and was told the gentleman that does the quotes was not in the office and my message would be relayed to him for a call back.  I never received a call back. I don't understand the thinking in these businesses not to follow up with a customer. Your loss I hired American Electrical Contracting Services who bothered to be courteous and talk with me.

Showed up right on time, problem fixed expeditiously (hard to reach dryer hose), cleaned the workspace, prices very reasonable.

Called Tim at 10 am and even on a hot busy Monday the Service technician showed up at 4 PM. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quickly diagnosed the solution, and less than an hour later I had cool air once again!  Always reliable always prompt and courteous and would highly recommend them.

Stephen was a master of his craft. He completed the entire job within two hours of my call. If you need any home repairs and are looking for a trustworthy handyman then Alford's is the way to go.

Highly recommend. Never thought I would ever appreciate or love an electrician/electric company. Installers took their time measuring and confirming light placement with me to make sure I was happy and confident in my decision. Showed me the different color light settings to pick a good one. Cleaned up their mess (advised they needed to cover my belongings just in case). And were out of here in record time. Pleasant experience and already have a request for additional work in the future!

I have been fortunate to have All American Electric do electrical work both commercially and at my home  over the last 4 years. Erica & Shawn's team are excellent and they work at a proper pace and are very professional at what they do.They are very experienced and do care about the customers that they serve, The Team is full of craftsmen and not hacks. If you give them input, they will say it can be done more cost effectively is you change your direction and take their advice. I would recommend Erica & Shawn and their team to tackle, any project as it will be completed timely and within the quote given.
