Mr Brandon is the ONLY TECHNICIAN we have been working with since the very first call requesting an estimate for an Electrical Panel UPGRADE of a very dated unit.  Mr Brandon was both professional and courteous even before knowing whether or not he will be called back to perform the job.  He continues to be exemplary during every appointment.   Mr Brandon will continue to be our goto for any work that may come up, in an older home, in the future.   Mr Brandon is always on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the job and services in an easy to understand manner.

After spending over a week searching for an electrician to come take a look at a partial loss of power to one side of my house, I found SOS. Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.

These guys are great!  Responded quickly to my request on Friday and came out on Tuesday.  They got the job requested done and even fixed a couple of other electrical issues we were having.  If you need an electrician, this is the company to hire.  We will, the next time we have electrical work to be done!

Tommy responded to my call, asked a few questions and took care of the problem next day. He showed up on time and he did exactly what he said he would do. Harry was prompt, from the moment I called he was able to see me in less than 2 hours. What can I say, there is no substitute for experience, he quickly discovered the issue and fixed it. He is a very pleasant man and very courteous, I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.  He is very reasonable, straight honest, no gimmicks or games.

I hired them 2 months ago to replace my panel for $1300.  I paid them $130 (a $50 discount) to fix a fried wire that connected to my water heater.  They told me the heating elements were fried.  A plumber came 2 hours later and confirmed this was incorrect.  Magically everything was fine.  I want a $70 refund (willing to pay the trip charge) because this was their error.  They refuse to reply back to my emails.  Do not hire them.  Zero integrity.
