Best Security System Repair in Indianapolis IN

I called a few times to get estimates and it took days to receive a call back. I had the appointment scheduled for the estimate and they never showed up. I am giving them 3 stars because they could possibly do good work but the fact they were horrible at communication I have to give them 3.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

I had the chance to work with Russell from Electric Plus. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the job in a timely manner. Our timer failed at our church and I was able to get the repair done within hours of reaching out to them. I plan on using the company in the future for electrical repairs.

Exceptional Veteran-owned and family operated business with very capable employees.  We purchased a 70-year old house with all the electrical problems you would expect.  Keith and Amber (K&A!) were responsive, accurate in their estimates and left everything clean and working better than ever.  They installed a new service in the house, a new/improved panel in the garage, and cleaned up the multiple cutoff switches, old fuse panels, and dead-ended wiring.
