I sent them a Yelp message requesting a quote to run new electric line in the basement, and quickly received a response to call them. After discussing on the phone, we were able to schedule an appointment for a couple days later. Based on the information I gave on the phone, they were able to give a realistic quote. My service tech was very friendly and personable. He walked me through everything he did, and answered any questions. He wore a mask the entire time, kept a safe distance, and came prepared with supplies to complete the job.

One negative is the Company bills on total time, so if you don't give them detailed information when scheduling the appointment, they will come to your house, see what has to be done/supplies needed, then go to the store, purchase items, and come back. This entire time will be billed to you. Luckily I was specific (told many feet from the junction box I needed the new outlet and amp required),  so he came with the supplies needed and finished the job quickly! Otherwise I'm sure the bill for additional time would've been significantly more; especially if you don't live near a hardware store. Just a tip when booking your service! Quick, efficient, and good local business, I would recommend.

Just moved to Indianapolis. Looked for an electrician near to me. Noah was quick to respond and more than fair. Our texting communication was very fluid, and he worked me in within a day! The electrician arrived on time and very professional. When the issue was discovered to be my dryer and not the outlet, he even gave me some helpful suggestions for that (as a bonus!). I reiterate that Noah treated me very fairly for the charge of the service call. Good man and a good company. I'll remember them next time!

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

This is the second time we've hired The Electric Express, and it's safe to say they'll have our business for all our electrical needs. We moved into a new house and needed the dryer outlet replaced ASAP, and they were able to make an appointment a couple days later. They also made time to replace a few light fixtures, and removed the old fixtures at no extra cost. When Jason arrived he also pointed out a few safety concerns we hadn't noticed. These guys really go the extra mile, all for a very reasonable price with awesome customer service.

Contacted Patrick for help on a long list of electric work after getting my home inspection report. Being a new homeowner, I appreciated his candor on what was higher priority and lower priority on the list since I didn't have the funds to do the whole list right after purchasing my home. I am currently redoing a half bath and needed some electric work completed before I went on to the next steps. He fit me into the same weeks' schedule although he was busy so I was able to move forward with my bathroom remodel. I could not recommend him enough!

This is our 3rd job with Aaron's.  I wouldn't hire anyone else!  This time he worked with the exterior lighting company to make sure they got the outlets they needed.  He worked hard to make the new outlets and conduit as hidden as possible.

I have always had really great service from Tom. He's easy to schedule with and his prices are very reasonable. Once he came out the same day I called, and the issue turned out to be something pretty silly and something I could have fixed myself--he didn't laugh at me, which I really appreciated!

We had Ed out today to install a very large light fixture in our two-story great room. He arrived on time, did a good job getting the fixture up and charged the amount of the estimate. Overall we were very satisfied with the work that Ed did and will look to use him again in the future if we have any other electrical needs.

Watch out for Trent Electric drivers! There was a driver on 70 West today at 5:30 pm and he was driving slow in the fast lane after a Colts game. Then he started driving all over the interstate. Either he was texting and driving or driving drunk. I got away from him as quick as I could. Management should be able to determine which employee it was. Not good for business!!
