Best Gate Installation in Phoenix AZ

I would have written this review sooner, but we've been too busy enjoying our new bathrooms!

My wife and I bought a home back in Feb.'17 and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms that included an expansion to the main bathroom by moving some walls and plumbing in an oversized laundry room.

It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there's always a problem.  With that in mind, we were very open to the following:

1) things will probably cost more as the project goes on

2) it may not be done on time

3) our living situation will not be ideal for a few weeks

And those things happened. All of them. All we could do was manage our expectations. DJ, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else.

He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted.

That last paragraph is important.

Almost as important as the finished product.

I kid you not, I was taking 2 showers a day in that first month, just because I loved being in that bathroom.

Should we ever need another remodel to our home, I've got DJ's number in my phone.

Doug and Steve did a great job replacing shower fixtures and caulking. They were both professional, friendly, and very responsive. I will definitely use them in the future!

RUDE AF. Called for a quote as a real estate investor looking to build a contractor/repair team. Before I even could explain this this rude ass guy says, I'm not interested. Find somebody else.  Yikes. I DID NOT CALL SELLING anything. I called the Phoenix area for contractors. Glad I found someone else quickly. IMPATIENT W/ TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Goodluck

I called Gordon Enterprises Contracting with regard to a renovation and they got back to me almost immediately. The owner, Alex was extremely personable and knowledgeable. We set up a meeting to discuss a large-scale bathroom and kitchen renovation. Alex was able to give me a timely free estimate and scope of work. We had met with other contractors prior and in comparison we are so glad we went with GEC. They are family owned and operated, prices are competitive and our extensive renovations were completed on time. He and his guys were always on time and professional on-site. They walked us through every step of the renovation process. Their vast experience and professional demeanor get my recommendation! I will always go to GEC for any future projects. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

Deck remodel:
Over all quality was very good. The crew, led by Freddie, was a pleasure to deal with. The communication from James the owner was poor, that is the only reason that I won't give a 5 star rating. I awarded the bid to James, faxed my contract to his office and gave 50% down with them over the phone. After 5 days I still hadn't heard anything. I called the office to see if they had a start date. They replied that James would have to handle that. I texted him and asked for a start date. He replied the same day stating that he had a few decks in front of me and had to see how far the crews had gotten and would get back to me as soon as possible. 7 days later I finally hear from him. He asks if they can start the next day. I replied absolutely. 2 days later, still no crew. The next day he replied that there had been a mix up and they would be out the next day, and they were. The crew was very friendly, clean and did fantastic work. 2 weeks later I found a couple spots where the paint didn't stick after a rain. I text James back and a crew had the trouble spot repainted with in 2 days and that time it stuck.

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Mario and his brother were very professional and worked around my schedule to get the job finished. Quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing.

I've used PDG for a few jobs, communication with Amy is great. The employees are professional, job site is clean and the quality of work performed is great.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I got lucky finding this guy!!!!  

I needed walls and floors replaced from an old roof leak.  He was also skilled to handle a hidden water leak in the laundry room.  

Come to find out, George is more than just a handy man.  He's a professional contractor with lots of experience building houses.  

Extremely impressive with how quick George responded to my request.  George is assertive, responsive, friendly, and knows what he is doing.  He is accommodating and helpful.   He also helped me move some items in my house.  Just an overall great and trustworthy guy.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

Ellen and her team are amazing! We had started our master bathroom renovation with a different contractor who we quickly found out was totally incompetent!  They demolished our entire bathroom and we were stuck with no bathroom. We called Ellen at white builder and she swooped in to save the day. She communicates well, has wonderful design ideas and her staff is 100% respectful of your house and tries to keep the construction as clean as possible. I have already recommended Ellen to other friends and they have used her too. I would absolutely use Ellen again for any construction needs.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
