Marcus responded immediately, gave an estimate with detailed verbal explanation. It was clear he didn't need guidance other than to know our preferences. He took charge and worked straight through until the job was done. This bathroom was bare bones by the way. He had to demo, reframe, do light electrical work, drywall and tile from floor to ceiling. He got it done and it looks clean and sharp. When the family member saw it, they were stunned and could tell it was professional. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. From beginning to end, Petrus did an amazing job.  From quote to completion, they were fantastic and had our kitchen remodeled in  a very timely manner.  Our quote was very reasonable.  Communication was excellent and every worker was on time or ahead of schedule.  Luiz was knowledgeable about products and offered suggestions to help with my decision making process.  We asked to make a change during the process and they were very accommodating and made it happen.  Luiz and Fabio oversaw each part of the process and were professional and very friendly, as were all of the installers.  I highly recommend Petrus for any job you have--we will be using them again soon to update each of our bathrooms!  We've recommended them to all of our neighbors.  You won't be disappointed!

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

Blue Dot Pools built a pool for my family this summer and we are THRILLED!!! The expertise and attention to detail from start to finish was truly impressive. I had a neighbor that started a pool build a month before we did and our pool was finished before his! James, one of the owners, is passionate about pools and he is able to guide a newbie like me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. We've had a number of pool care companies over the years. Most start off great, then after a few months, the trips get shorter and shorter--when they only come for 5 minutes and ask for $50 or so, that's not OK. Or the owner starts sending a new hire, who just doesn't care.

Not with Dustin. He does all the work. He spends the time he needs to make the pool look right. And he's been doing that consistently for us for years now. Knowledgeable, dependable and fair. Bottom line: hire him with confidence.

I definitely will recommend Alex he's very detailed and he really puts the effort so the work can come out perfect. We had tile in the past but the cement from the prior work was bad and he took the time to fix those errors instead of rushing to get the job done. He really made the image I had in mind come to life.

Just got my kitchen countertops done and they are absolutely gorgeous! Fábio, Cesar and Ellen did an amazing job! From beginning to end they were professional and patient with me as I had some kitchen delays due to my kitchen installer being late on the project.

It was an easy and enjoyable process! The finish of the slab is beautiful. They also left everything clean once they left.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

We were in the process of selling our house and had a lot of problems with our pool (leak under the deck, deteriorating plaster, old pool light, and an old sand filter on its last leg).  We called around to a bunch of pool companies and decided to go with James and Blue Dot Pools.  Throughout the entire process they were professional, on time, and explained the entire process.  The work that was done looks fantastic, and it came at a very reasonable price.  After a month, we were under contract with our house (thanks to a brand new pool), and a few minor things needed to be done to pass inspection.  Even though Blue Dot Pools did not do work on what came up in the inspection they sent Patrick out to fix it at no charge so our sale could go through.  I would recommend Blue Dot Pools to anyone who needs anything done with their pool.

Great service, great people, great prices, great work!  James is just the definition of an all around good guy.  He was very patient and responsive to all of our questions and concerns.  Doug, the mechanic who came out, was also very professional and did a great job.  There is no doubt who to call for everything and anything pools!

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
