From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder.  We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built.

Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up.  Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. We are so glad we chose White Builder and will reach out if we have other work.

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! We had rain damage a month before the upcoming holidays. To our dismay we needed a new roof and our ceiling repaired/restored. My parents worked with Schott Development and highly recommended them. They came out right away to assess the damage, provided very competitive pricing and were able to schedule us for repairs within weeks.

If you want your project drawn out over a long period of time. If you want poor workmanship. If you want a person to show you pictures of what caused damage into your condo, then tell the HOA something completely different so he's not responsible. Well, then this is your guy. Our Condo flooded, and this came out and was completely unprofessional. Was on his phone, didn't try to fix the problem, and while he was in our home he called his friend who was close by an off duty security guard to come over, and talked to him outside of our house, talking loud and cussing. The next day he showed up and showed my wife pictures of a broken sprinkler caught in a lateral pipe and said that is what causes black water to come up through our kitchen sink and flood our home. He is the person responsible for the damage, so of course he said it was roots that cause the blockage. Not a single one of my neighbors in our Condo community approves of the work he does, if it weren't for a power hungry board member, this guy wouldn't even be allowed on our property. This guy, is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and is about to be sued by people at our property. Please stay away.

I never give poor reviews and really had high hopes based on the positive reviews ( although most are very old). I am really disappointed with this company. The owner Fabio came out to my home and gave us an estimate. We communicated for weeks planning my kitchen remodel with Jennifer. I purchased the materials needed and they gave me an appointment to come to the shop to review everything with the owner Fabio and sign the contract.
My husband and I took the day off to meet at their warehouse to look at quartzite materials and sign the contract. We arrived early and no one was at the shop. I called several times and finally an employee named Jennifer answers to tell us they will not be able to meet today.
I understand emergencies happen, but a phone call to cancel would have been the least they could do after we drove for 45 minutes to the shop. I should have not had to keep calling and be stuck outside in this Arizona heat trying to figure out what is going on. The owner Fabio never returned my call. No follow up to reschedule...nothing! Complete disregard for our time and project. Horrible service and a waste of time.
****Here is one of two estimates attached, I also have the text message transcripts between the company and I for our appointment that shows the date and time( Friday ) as well as other information regarding final colors and materials. Next time please be honest and just accept your mistake and apologize for wasting our time. I would have been happy to update my review based on that, but falsely claiming that I am not a customer when you have been to my home for an estimate and follow up is very unprofessional.

Ellen was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Not only was she the only company that gave us a quote. She also was the only one that was willing to work within our timeline. We had three other companies come out and none had a "yes" mentality like Ellen. I would definitely recommend her company and we will use her again in the future.
