These guys are great! I had a slider door replaced, with an external wall and doggy door added. DJ kept me up to date throughout the process, was very professional, and friendly. I'm super happy with the final result!

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Cathy, and her crew  respect my property, are very friendly, professional and accommodating.  I like how Canterra Construction acknowledges my husband and I for being a Veteran.  Above all, Cathy is very responsive which is the pinnacle of a successful business.  Look no further, they do it all at an affordable budget.  Now, I can say that my Toll Brothers home added more beauty and value to it, thanks to the hard work of Canterra Construction crews!  Thank you so much,for turning my newly designed home into a dream come true!!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I happened upon this old review of mine because I am again in need of a contractor, and I noticed that my response to Dion was not posted: I saved the communications, and it was definitely with this company that I spoke, and it was definitely not satisfactory.

I had to track down a different contractor when D&D bailed abruptly just before starting work. That was a huge waste of my time.

Even though it was 2 years ago, I wanted to make sure my review reflects that it was accurate.

Cannot recommend enough! I had a restoration job due to a malfunctioning water heater in my backyard casita, so I contacted Modern Innovations to provide an estimate. I was impressed from first contact, and even more impressed when he got me a price. Out of four contractor bids, his was lower by thousands, but most importantly, he could get started quicker than everyone else. Sure enough, he showed up when promised and his very efficient, polite and kind staff got busy. What I most appreciated was his communication of every detail. In a few days, he left the little house looking better than ever (even working on a Saturday to finish up), and alerted me to some other issues that could cause concern later. They know what they are doing and work clean and fast. I work with a lot a big contractors in my profession, and would choose Modern Innovations for my home over most of them.

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. Justin came out to determine an estimate for us within 30 minutes of my phone call to them. He was thorough and provided us with our estimate quickly. He followed up with us in an appropriate manner. They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment I called them. Unfortunately, our home owners insurance did not agree with our estimate. However, it truly was close to another one we received from a different company, so it was a fair estimate and I won't hesitate to contact them again in the future if a need arises.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

Highly recommended!! We worked with Trinity to remodel our 3 bathrooms and they were excellent to work with. We were looking for a pretty quick turnaround and they were able to start right away, and get the job done quickly! From the beginning, Slade was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly to our numerous questions and tweaks to the plan. The workers in our home (specifically Fransisco and Victor!) were extremely professional, respectful of our home and family, and just a pleasure to be around. They were super reliable and came every day. Each day they cleaned up so well that you could barely tell they were there. I have an 18 month old baby and a very social dog and was home during most of the work, and Fransisco and Victor, as well as all the workers, were so kind to us. The work was done well and very thoroughly, and they listened to our requests and made them happen. Slade and his wife Becky helped us stay organized and on track. Our bathrooms are beautiful and the work is such high quality. I highly recommend Trinity! A wonderful, respectable company that was such a pleasure to work with.

We called for  an estimate I. Guest bathroom. Left a voicemail. They never called back. Left a second voicemail, same thing. What's the point of advertising your business if you don't want business from a homeowner who just wants their bathroom fixed? Don't get it.

Outstanding job on a re-mod of my Mom's very large, super expensive home (million plus). So happy with the entire process with Cliff and his team... From the planning, throughout the work, and the end results. Fabulous! I would never even think of calling another contractor ever again, found my guy and his team. Thanks very much for everything! Superb. Beyond excellent.

Okay here is a few of the reason we chose Lumby Concrete. First they called us back. I don't know about you but that is a good sign because some companies won't call you, if your job is two small. Thankfully that was not the case with Lumby.

In fact my call back was with the owner Travis Lumby, and that to me is a bonus. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with me via text, message because I was able to send him photos of the work I wanted done. Okay that is my Second reason of why you should choose Lumby Concrete.

Our third reason we chose Lumby Concrete was because we all want to save money, have the best bid, and have the dream of what you want to become a reality. We wanted a path way put in at our new home from our patio to our side gate. We also wanted the color and texture to match what was currently in place. In Choosing Lumby Concrete we got all of that. Travis was honest, and straight forward on the cost, which was affordable and reasonable for having our project done right.  

Travis and his crew where great to work with, and we would recommend them for any job BIG or SMALL that you may have.

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

Absolutely amazing! So far we've looked at the materials and I've gotten the quote and the contractor/owner is absolutely fabulous!

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

He built a great fence for me, turned out sturdy and was a fair price. Hard worker, good communication, polite, would recommend. Also got a cracked window replaced and am happy with the result

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
